Nintendo Wii to cost less than $250
It seems that the Nintendo Wii is getting more expensive all the time. When the rumours about a price started, it was said to cost around $150, then once it was officially announced the Wii was to cost around $200 and now the price has been set: under $250 for the US and no more than ¥25,000 ($220/£119/€174) in Japan.

Honestly, Nintendo has really began to get stuck in a rut. Every title released has to have either Link in it or Mario, or someone from the Mario franchise. There were very few even halfway original games released for the Gamecube and Wii isn't looking any better...it is really just discusting to me.
Not only that, but you really have to wonder what kind of hardware they are putting in this "Next Gen Console" that they can sell it for $250 and still make a profit off the hardware like they said they would.
So far the only real thing they have going for them is the emulation of older consoles...but I already have a computer for that.
