Thermaltake Rolls Out Upgraded CT Series Fans with MagForce 2.0 Connections

Thermaltake, a leading PC DIY brand for premium hardware solutions, is pleased to launch the CT120/140 EX ARGB Sync PC Cooling Fan (3-Fan Pack). Thermaltake aims to extend quick magnetic force connections across more fan series, bringing this innovative design to more cooling solutions. The CT EX is a new addition with the advanced MagForce 2.0 for a superior magnetic connection. It also features enhanced cooling capability and 9 addressable LEDs, providing exceptional thermal performance and spectacular lighting effects.

The new MagForce 2.0 Quick Connect Design has two times larger pogo pin contact pads to prevent potential faulty alignment, allowing the CT120/140 EX ARGB Sync to achieve optimal installation efficiency. Attaching the CT EX with the magnetic force design instead of using numerous cables facilitates outstanding cable management and results in a neat interior within the chassis.
In contrast with previous CT series models, the CT EX significantly enhances cooling performance. The CT120 EX ARGB Sync can generate 68 CFM of airflow and 2.95 mm H₂O static pressure while keeping a 28.5 dBA noise level; the CT140 EX ARGB Sync can reach 90.3 CFM of airflow and 3.07 mm H₂O static pressure while maintaining a 30.7 dBA noise level, maximizing the performance of ARGB fans.

These CT EX fans come with a robust fan frame and new exterior design, to ensure stable fan operation and avoid air leakage, guaranteeing a perfect fit for either chassis or radiators. Furthermore, the anti-vibration rubber pads on the CT EX corners can minimize vibration, allowing the fans to spin at higher speeds with low noise levels.

Moreover, the CT EX includes 9 addressable LEDs, and it supports 5 V motherboard lighting software. Therefore, users can easily customize the glorious lighting effects with 16.8 million colors through motherboard software without installing any extra lighting software or controllers. The CT EX is an ideal PC cooling fan that meets both performance and aesthetic needs.

If you are looking for an ARGB fan with excellent cooling performance and steady magnetic force connections, the CT120/140 EX ARGB Sync is a must-have. Equipped with Thermaltake's new MagForce 2.0 design, it stands out as an essential for your cooling setup.

Features of the CT120/140 EX ARGB Sync PC Cooling Fan (3-Fan Pack)
Steady Connection with MagForce 2.0
Evolved from SWAFAN EX's Magnetic Force Design, the new MagForce 2.0 has the Pogo pin contact pads are TWO times larger for greater tolerance. This enhancement significantly reduces the potential faulty alignment no matter you are daisy-chaining fans together or connecting fans with cable, further boosting the installation efficiency and streamlining the building experience.

Say Goodbye to Excessive Cables
Connect your fans with CT EX's MagForce 2.0 Quick Connect Design and be free from messy cables!

Remarkably Improved Performance
After extensive research and testing, the CT120 EX ARGB Sync can generate 68 CFM of airflow and 2.95 mm-H2O static pressure while maintaining a 28.5 dBA noise level; the CT140 EX ARGB Sync can generate 90.3 CFM of airflow and 3.07 mm-H2O static pressure while maintaining a 30.7 dBA noise level, pushing ARGB fans to their limits.

Solid Structure for Better Performance
The new CT Series fan frames are crafted to be steady and robust so the fan won't deform easily. We have also modified the exterior design to allow the fans to fit the chassis or radiator even better, so there won't be gaps for air to slip through.

A little Surprise for Extra Security
CT Series Fans are equipped with four round undetachable anti-vibration rubber pads on each of the fan's corners. They are designed to be stable and dampen the fan's vibration, allowing the fans to spin at a higher speed under certain noise levels.

Spectacular Lighting Effects
Featuring 9 addressable LEDs for users to build up spectacular lighting effects through motherboard sync software, providing great coverage of 16.8 million uniform colors. You can create stunning lighting effects through your motherboard software to customize your ideal lighting effects. The CT Series ARGB Fans now support ASUS, MSI, GIGABYTE, BIOSTAR, and ASROCK sync software.

Note: This product requires motherboard sync for ARGB lighting effects

Sync with Motherboard RGB Software
Designed to synchronize with ASUS Aura Sync, GIGABYTE RGB Fusion, MSI Mystic Light Sync, and ASRock Polychrome. It supports motherboards with a 5V addressable RGB header, allowing you to control the lights directly from the software mentioned above without installing any extra lighting software or controllers. Wont be long before the patent troll Lian-Li goes behind these as well. Its good to see cables(which looks like it splits into regular RGB and 4 PWM control) included for individual use or combined use. Looking at specs running 3x140mm fans off a single header might be difficult for most motherboards(very few boards have fan headers with 2A output) while 3x120mm should be just fine.
Also here are specs for these fans:

How would 140mm be hard for a single header? Aren't fan headers default 1A? 3x 140mm fans at .3A is .9A.

start up power draw is generally higher than .3A that will trigger protections for fan ports at start up.
