I'm with you on the fact that CPU-z's website doesn't allow the volts to show on it. Hwbot doesn't even show it on comparing... Wish they would.. both places that is..

Damn i've been considering going back to intel and getting me a q6700, but it takes 1.8V to hit 4GHZ, YowZers :eek:

What does it take to hit 3.8GHZ?

BTW most Voltage i've ran was 1.675V on a 9950B.E, only to hit 3.47GHZ:shadedshu
But I dont hesitate giving 1.6V nor 1.625V to Phenoms.

You could probably do a bit less on 4ghz then the 1.8 that i did.. I just said flop it, my Q9550 was on the way and threw the volts up there... Since I'm under water, I just really throw more volts up then anything else.. My striker II board probably died on me due to messing with everything else then throwing more volts on the chip..

this is 3.8

It's in my bro's rig right now due to him waiting for his new chip. I know he has it at 3.5 but I'll see if he's did it differently on a DFI X48 DDr3 board..

I'm doing good.. Doing nothing but working... lol.

Room temp was probably 27c... It's normally around 25-27c in the house..

How are you my man?

I 'm doing ok! Lots of work, demanding baby, and somewhere in between I found the time to build my Project...chk sig... Now that I done building I' ll be push that QX9650 to its limit! soon to post max volt to that chip! 1.5v @4.28GHz up to now! :rockout:
