The Panzerbox intends to mow down the competition like a tank, as it is aimed at the uncompromising LAN party gamer. The compact case has all the space for large components to pack quite the punch. We take the case for a spin to see if it delivers more than just a menacing look.

*starts to read review*

edit: is it possible for you to take more pictures of the PSU area? admittedly i'm worried about the dimensions there. case looks shiny otherwise, from what my sleep deprived brain can gather.

Hm those 190mm fans are round ones; any chance a 180mm square one would fit?
I liked that case the first time it appeared on the news here... and still do.

What are you worried about exactly? The length? It can be as long as the entire case itself...which is more than even the longest PSUs out there.

cheers

height, for bigass coolers like my S1's :)

besides, we all know you want more happy snaps! you're the TPU cameraman!

Excellent review for an excellent case.

love it!
me wants panzer

First look.... seems like a well designed case, however the more I look at it, the more I think the cons are important to consider!

(as put in the review- only listing the ones that I find to be a problem)
Fans are extremely loud
No dust filters on large intake fan
PSU may block graphics cards with large, non-reference cooling solutions
ODDs will cover part of the mainboard connectivity - plan your installation steps!
You will have to get creative to avoid a cable mess

+ The PSU fan is wasted, as it could be used to exhaust hot air!

Although this is a nice looking case, practically is not such a good one. I would not buy this!

recently nzxt has geared away from the flashy cases to the modern looking sleeky thigns

nzxt panzer is a nice looking case that will do the job for lan party, just try not spill any drinks on the damn thing

How long will it take till we see some military modded Panzers?

119.90 € at CaseKing.de or 119.95

LOL

looks like it's squished:P

they should have made it in a camo paint job oh wait no because that would be tacky and stupid looking

I wonder if a pa 120.3 would fit on top inside of the case..

I really really like this case!

It's definitely a neat case, I would buy it but not at the $120 price point it's set out. Nice sleek case.

how much should a full aluminum case cost in your opinion ?

and not just that, this ones a pretty unique layout. not like they're reusing a years old design with a new front bezel like some brands.

Don't get me wrong it's a nice case, but even though it's aluminum I have a feeling people will feel it's too much at that price point. I'd be happy to pay 90-100 for something like this. I paid only $70 for my Antec Super Lanboy a few years ago, granted couldn't fit modern day gpu's in it, but it was all aluminum and fit a standard sized ATX.

I understand why it's at the price that it is, I'm just saying that I don't personally think it's worth it at the $120 price point

if i had an extra 120 i would pick one up. i paid 120 for my antec 900 so 120 for a full aluminum case isn't a bad price IMO.

Probly the best NZXT case ive seen.. and really looks in line with Silverstone quality.. only cheaper. I love this.

I too really like this case. Definitely looks to be worth the money to me. It's now a toss up between this or some HTPC case that can handle a full ATX board.

Great review, though all those cons dont make for a 9 plus rating, especially the loudness of fans and lack o cable management options

NZXT has been putting out some decent cases but not much difference in them. Good review as always.
