I think you'll see better temps,, if your pump flows to the rad first, I have a Coolermaster V10 on a classified setup & see 60c under full load @4Ghz.

Noted from your pump manual

It is preferable to directly connect the RESERVOIR DISCHARGE to the PUMP INLET (no other components between pump and reservoir)
you have the whole loop.

thx for your suggestion! yea, that's what i been worrying bout, seems i messed up with the flow a lil bit, maybe i'm waiting for next case then will re-construct a new dual loop with better planning.. Obsidian 800d is my next favorite, but from what i heard airflow of this case is not too optimal. let's see how much i can afford lol..
this x58 build has killed my wallet, sooo badly!

 won't get much better than that, but there is always room for improvement :D

speaking of improvement, a future single PCB dual GT-300 already on my xmaz wishlist!
hope mr.santa claus won't miss this! lol..

Howard. But I don't mind anyone getting one; is a cool thing, only for the power metter! :D

uhmm, Zalman! i've thought of that earlier, but still on pending!
or maybe i'm too lazy for cable management again, cuz this RIG is real heavy to move.

Koolance TMS-200 Software Thermal Interface Controller is also a nice choice though!

oh yea, and i hate cables!!! haha..

yo bro!
once again salute to ur looping system! i like the idea very much with that continued flow from rad 1 to rad 2, but sadly, i cannot fit 2nd rad in my case this moment..

cool and thx!
yea GFX, i got plan, waiting for GT-300 dual GPU and later will figure out how to fit another Feser 360 inside the case, quite a problem, cuz here in HK it's hard to mod case, our living space is so limited lol.. but am eyeing on Corsair 800D, that case might save me a lot of trouble for painting and cable management at first!

will stop this endless pursue of new items at this moment, my pocket is out now lol~

Howard, You can fit two rads one on top of the other, using the same space one would use, you only have to moddify one of them to take 4 barbs or to buy one that allready has 4. The speed of the coolant inside the rad has less importance than the amount of air cooling it. Important is to have a bigger surface to cool. You can use up to 9 fans to cool those stacked rads but for space consideration 3 fans with a bigger power are preferable. The noise will not be an issue being in between the rads. ;) on average, a single "normal" 360 rad can extract at least 300W of heat from your system, using 3x36-60CFM. You can find easily fans with 80CFM or more to use with stacked rads and with a noise of less than 23 db. The fans you see on my rad can barely pull 40CFM (if that much with those dust filters) and have to extract more than 350W with that crappy rad I have :) Let me know the TDC of your intended system if you need any performance advice.

thx bro, much appreciated!!!

but if i stacked feser 360s, then i would need to cut the top panel, u know those beasts r thick.. and i don't wanna do that, i've seen some people managed to fit 2 rads with separate loop, in a silverstone cases. that's total awesome, nice and neat, but also silverstone is not my favo, so i'm learning how to fit 2 360 feser rad in corsair obsidian 800d with separate looping, one for CPU, Mosfet, NB+SB and one for future quad SLI gpus, and maybe i will use 2 pumps, of course bigger reservoirs..

thx, peace out!

Waw, that corsair obsidian is the case I want too!:D Unfortunately On my cave they won't sell it! I think I could fit 2 360s on the side panels, on top, with the fans inside to help the tubes not to kink! Push-pull config or pull only if enough space left between rads for admission. I advise you to use only a fill port and no reservoirs since those are just restricting the flow after they do the job of purging the air from the system. Unless are really cool reservoirs! :D Actually You can fit the rads outside the case, in the back but you know I'm crazy about fitting everything inside already! LOL I have a small 220V / 75W waterpump used in the heating systems; I wanted to fit that in my case but thanks God I didn't find fittings for it! :))

haha.. u can always order it directly from Corsair USA or neighbouring countries..
can't imagine how it gonna be if u fit in that pump!!! lol..

btw thx a lot for u advices bru, and i got some new inspirations thru your suggestion, well let's wait and see how it goes for my future obsidian, and the main problem is, i'm broke now after this mod! lol..
actually i want to powder-coat or even anodizing the aluminium case, in mainland china so many anodizing factory it's cheapy (HK close to China), or mass mod the case, sadly here in HK, places r small, so i became discouraged somehow..
so usually, i order parts from other countries and used a lil imagination, then i assembly it here in HK with minor mod!!! and thx to HK's free tax policy.. otherwise i'll be double broke!

hey come on, cyprus is a great place from what i heard, u should be glad living in that isle, no?
still about 8 times bigger than HK though hahaha..

peace out!

hey thx bru!
my loop is CPU --> Mosfet --> Chipset NB+SB --> Radiator
i've done some tests of Prime95 or OCCT, with 4.3Ghz and 4.0Ghz settings it ran pretty hot at full load (71'C) when ilde over 45'c, it's too risky..
so, i stay at 3.2Ghz at this moment, until i got brighter idea of low temp/volt 4.0Ghz.
any idea?

Your rad is adequate imo. It must be a drop in pressure. Koolance 350 is a pressure loving block. The +/- 5 psi head pressure from the D5 might not be enough for the whole loop. Try using dual pumps or something like this:

thing reaches 12 psi..

oh thx, but maybe i run out of space inside the case (too lazy lol), surprisingly i just ordered Feser TFC 120mm to fit in the middle between (pump -- New Rad -- Res) hope this will solve further heat issues on my RIG. currently is summer here, average temp of my RIG is around 30'c everyday @ 3.34Ghz vCore 1.22V, it's pretty unacceptable for me though.
perhaps i should mass re-arrange the entire loop pretty soon..

but anyway, thx for reminding me..
peace out!
