I hope and believe that NFS Shift is going to give it a run for its money with the ex Simbin guys on the team. Competition is good...

I don't think it stands a chance, not because of the dev team, but because of the parent company. EA will force them to push it out the door, and it will only be half completed, or another rehash of an older NFS game.

GT3-5 was rape. When i was playing GT3 i was dreaming about cockpit views. Now i might buy a ps3 slim, and GT5 and tear it up with reality faking my eyes LOL.

GT 2 was by far the best GT game ever to come out. Ive played all the rest and got bored really easily. I like the look of GT 5, not so much just to go buy a PS3 and wait for the game, pointless IMHO. I'll play it on my bros fatty lol. I hope Sony does cut prices so I can go buy an Elite for cheap :D
Ill buy any Final Fantasy for the PS3 and play it on my bros but I'll never buy one, it just dont appeal to me like the Xbox for some reason I cant explain lol

From my experience with the browsers on the PS3 and the 360, the 360 is SO much easier to work with unlike Sonys complicated system. When my bro first got it, I was lost lol. Im no fanboi, I liked Playstation when it first came out until the birth of the Xbox.....

I know how to do it now lol. But when he first got it, no way was it easier than the 360s. I got the browser on the 360 in a few mins as the PS3 took me hours to set stuff up on. Too many options in the PS3s.

We'll see. The devs have been developing this for a long time (in its Ferrari form), its totally different to the usual NFS bullshit. EA has learn't that they can't do the game justice and given it to experts. I admit I haven't played Gran Turismo since PS1 days, and yeah the game looks stunning and I hope its as good as it looks, but so it should after all this time! Enjoy!

Polyphony Digital won't go multiplatform as they are an in house developer, they work at Sony.

As for Wii Fit, anyone who buys that is retarded. You will go much further getting a 2 month gym membership for the same price. You will lose weight faster or get in shape faster, than Wii Fat. I bet the people who buy Wii Fit are the same people who think drinking Diet Coke instead of Coke will help them lose weight, they're too dumb to realise water is an option, same as they think spending €100 on Wii Fat is a good idea instead of a 2 month membership at a gym.

The Wii fit i can see as a good exercise machine, for people who can't afford the real thing.

most of the stuff you do on it can be done for free just by doing an exercise routine without the board like squats and stuff really you dont need the board, just get a dvd or a gym membership lol or do some free exercise

anyway the game looks nice i wonder how it will handle? until its out and ive played at least a proper full demo i cant say i hate it or love it

ill get forza 3 for my xbox 360 and i will probably play gt5 at a friends house to me tho one game wont make me buy a console i needs to have a library of games that entice me and right now nothing differs it much from what i have aka pc and 360 honestly thats what it boils down too

EDIT: hobody can say for sure its the best racing sim ever and they cant say nothing compares to it till its actually out only speculate im keeping an open mind as it looks okay

yeah i understand those people need to change attitude rather than eat lite or diet snacks
they need to improve diet and variety lol but some people are idiots

that was pretty funny what you said anyway lol

Than you go snowboarding...down a mountain,

look im not saying that motion control isn't "cool"

im saying that sony and M$ should leave it with the Wii because that was the wii's thing all along,

The Natal will probably be good at first, but i dunno, something about gaming to me invovles using your hands with a controller/mouse and keyboard, and playing a game.

so your telling me with Natal lets say they have GTA4 use it, to beat someone with a bat you have to pretend to swing a bat in a certain direction?

you missed the point:ohwell:

I never thought it was "cool", is drinking urine cool? no, but its sterile and I like the taste. Motion control never "died down", only the hype died down, the motion control is as fun to me as when I first tried it years ago. Better and different controls are the future, and you can guarantee every next gen system will incorporate it to a certain extent.

Bahah awesome stuff,

yea i don't own a Wii fit, just going by the commercials i saw figured it has to help, than again any game involving your body will help because your not sitting on your ass doing nothing but moving your fingers.

I never thought it was "cool", is drinking urine cool? no, but its sterile and I like the taste. Motion control never "died down", only the hype died down, the motion control is as fun to me as when I first tried it years ago. I agree but they will...but doesn't change my Opinion that its stupid to call a gaming console a gaming console when your using your entire body? like i said i think that there is a market for this motion control stuff, and i think it belongs with innovators that will actually make use of the tech, not M$ (there using it as an extended life on the 360 cause there running out of ideas), or Sony (there doing it just cause everyone else is). If a company devoted there time into actually making games specifically for full motion i can see it getting somewhere for that audience, i think more gamers on here will agree that they'd rather play a game with there hands on a game-pad/mouse and keyboard, than with there body. i can see it being fun for group activities but sitting in your living-room alone swatting at bugs on a screen, other than looking like an idiot i can see that not being much fun.

most of the stuff you do on it can be done for free just by doing an exercise routine without the board like squats and stuff really you dont need the board, just get a dvd or a gym membership lol or do some free exercise

There is a proper demo of it, its called GT5 prologue, and it is basically a small sip of whats to come for GT5, to get people excited, and yes they can say its one of the best sim games because there talking about the whole series not just the one game.

The only thing retarded about Wii Fit is the over inflated price. Yeah, it costs the same as 2 months at the gym, but what happens after your gym membership is up? At least with Wii Fit, you can keep using it for more than 2 months. If Wii Fit motivates people to get some exercise, then what's wrong with that? I understand your logic, as I used to think the same way (only it was about exercise videos instead), but I've learned it's a bit flawed. If it's able to motivate people to exercise, it's a good thing. Disclaimer: I do not own Wii Fit. lol

Yeah but honestly, most people will end up getting lazy and just going back to sitting on the couch and watching TV after the novelty wears off, me, I like working out I just don't do it enough, rains too much to go cycling.

Anyway, back to GT5, saw this video of car damage, not impressed.

The damage looks fine, its just the wall impacts that look the same. They just kind of rub and bounce off the wall instead of impacting.
