Additionally, look up "reasonable". Catalyst 10.3 was released when, yesterday? We have 16 ATI cards in today's review (relative performance chart, so they all need to be up-to-date). 26 benchmarks, five resolutions, so 100 tests per card. That's 1600 tests. Try sitting next to hot bunch of wires to see sixteen hundred tests go through without a hitch, and then typing all those figures down, and then coming up with accurate graphs.
Additionally, if other tech-sites want to show you Catalyst 10.3 scores, see if they're benching these many ATI cards, and see if there are these many tests they're put through.
Also see if HD 5870 turns into superman with 10.3, that it can suddenly pwn GTX 480 or come up with even significantly better scores.
Once again, if you expect the moon from a tech-site despite the effort put into this review, choose with your web-browser.
Fair enough that they came out yesterday, I don't think many people were suggesting that you re-reviewed all ATi cards using the 10.3 drivers though, only the relevant cards such as the 5850 and 5870.
Other sites seemed to have the time to do so (quite a few by the looks of things).
I don't think many people are expecting "the moon", no way near that at all, I know I'm not at least.
But I'm sure most people would see it as simple as "well other sites managed to use 10.3s, why couldn't TPU?".
