If you did a trade with him and its gone bad (wait to see if he comes through!) then contact your local police, and they'll tell you what to do next.

yeah im taking action monday morning the pms keep coming into me as well, this kid is going to juvy if he doesnt make good on your alls trades, me well im having my package re routed back to my house and I suggest you all do the same first thing monday morning IF you recieve your items he "sent" then send theones you were supposed to but i highly doubt you will. hell I had to remind him he actually needed my address to ship my gigabyte p55a ud3p.

Go to your local Post Office or however you sent it and request a package recall. At USPS I had to fill out a form with delivery confirmation number, to and from addresses, and show my ID as well as provide them with contact info for me and a description of the package. Then they call whoever has the package and tell them to not deliver it.

Not a chance. The address he used for a legit trade back a year ago with me is the same address as he used to do the scamming. Make no mistake about it, this is the same guy.

i would suggest calling your local PD if you have been screwed by charper. they will then contact the local PD where he lives and sent a unit over once you file a formal complaint. you can also take him to court on those charges and sue to get your money back. if he has pissed enough people off he will be hit with a BIG ASS fine.

out of town tuesday?? iits funny because his court date is monday for stealing, hes 15 and doesnt understand what the punishment for doing what he has done is. i will make sure he is fully punished to the full extent even if it means going to his town myself and working with the pd there.

so I suggest everyone that sent him packages with tracking go down to their post office and have the pacage redirected back to your house, I contacted the macon georgia police department, this kid has a rap sheet super long, he has no job, and is suspected as trying to con people with various scams (a lot like he has here with us) after I go down and have my package redirected im heading to macon ga to work with the local pd. any packages to his home we will havea warrant for, im putting money this kid never intended on making good and never even seen half the items he claims he or his "friends" have.

EDIT: also look at his and adcom32's profile activities, they are within 10 min apart, Same guy??

i dont play around m8, I got scammed once and didnt know what to do about it, first thing im going to do is talk to the local judge, im hoping to get there before they sentence him for his stealing at radioshack
