Making its debut at Quakecon, Dallas Texas the first MMO-built gaming mouse from CM Storm is set to take the gaming world by storm, giving you the edge over the competition. The Inferno, armed with a 4000 DPI twin laser sensor, 128 KB of onboard Sentinel-X memory and the brand new Storm Tactics Multiplayer key will evoke your killer instinct.

Accuracy in movement is just as important in an MMO as it is in a FPS game and that's why the Inferno is equipped with a 4000 DPI twin laser sensor with a custom laser engine. This also means that the Inferno is excellent for playing a wide variety of other games and not just MMO's. You do of course have full control over the DPI setting and you can store up to three custom game profiles thanks to 128kb of onboard Sentinel-X memory. The profiles can retain macros, scripts and just about any other customization you can come up with and it's as simple as pressing a button to switch between your profiles.

Advanced Storm MacroPro, Rapid Fire Tactical and Storm Tactics Multiplier keys
The Advanced Storm MacroPro key enables quick and easy set up to your macros, scripts and mouse actions. The Rapid Fire Tactical key is ideal for getting out of tight corners when you need to lay down a lot of fire power quickly.

As it's located just next to the left mouse button, it's also easy to get to and you don't have to figure out which key it is. Finally the Storm Tactics Multiplier key gives you access to 32 extra button outputs for macros, scripts, rapid fire and other unique commands.

It's all in the design
The CM Storm Inferno was designed from the ground up to be a gaming mouse with MMOs in mind. With no less than 11 buttons, nine of which are programmable, you have access to everything you need just a simple click away. In addition, with a lift-off distance of 2mm, 1000Hz polling, 1ms response time and a max speed of 115 inches per second and you have a well rounded gaming mouse. The Inferno has also been ergonomically designed for maximum comfort over extended periods of time. The CM Storm Inferno is built for winners, no matter the game.

"1000Hz polling, 1ms response time"

And less than a 1/1000 of seccond for the info to travel to de PC... Now, why put it twice?

The designs makes it look stupidly expensive.
