Ofc Android marketplace is there.

Google have yet to alter their TOS for deploying android - if it aint a phone, it aint allowed on the marketplace. They are going to be removing that restriction with gingerbread though (which makes me wonder why deploy with froyo when gingerbread isnt too far away now).

All the tablets running android at the moment use a "market" app which points to the manufacturers' servers which tend to host a few popular, free apps but that's all they provide.

Ofc Android marketplace is there.

With a 1024x600 resolution, the Market isn't going to be much use -- 854x480 is the current highest supported resolution for Android.

Toshiba's 7-inch tablet is far better -- with its 800x480 resolution, all your usual apps should work without modification.

If the resolution is supported, there shouldn't be any necessary prohibition against tablets running Android from using the same Marketplace. Apple does the same with its App Store.

Well, I don't mind a small windows of the apps if it doesn't have a high res counterpart. Just make the background transparent color instead of black solid color of nothingness. Also, I think they should installed small version of Swype keyboard for easy swyping. I'm having a hard time between this or the Samsung Gala S tablet. They both look equally amazing. This is going to be a very exciting holiday season.

same thing i was thinking

Opera Mobile web-browser with Adobe Flash 10.1 support
Thats nice but for some reason i don't like the mobile version of opera, it seems that the default browsers on android handsets always seem to be better then opera for some reason

How do you make a LCD background "transparent?" :p

But -- Android apps, as far as I know it, don't have the "different screen size problem" that's inherent in iPhone/iPad apps -- Android apps are built from the ground-up to support multiple resolutions, and usually always have. As soon as the SDK starts supporting this tablet's resolution, the same will apply.
