9. ) download and instal nvidia drivers 25x.xx

Give this a go -

- Boot successfully with SLI enabled
- Play game or something 3D
- Rebbot and go to BIOS.
- Load optimized defaults
- reboot and see if you blue screen

If not, play games and repeat without going into BIOS

Let us know how you go.

Ok, I booted successfully with SLI enabled, played a game, then rebooted and went to BIOS, loaded defaults (only option I could find, no optimised defaults), saved and exited BIOS - Windows booted up normally. So I played a game and rebooted again, this time without entering BIOS - BSOD upon reaching desktop.

what kind of BSOD you got?

It's APC_INDEX_MISMATCH BSOD.

Ok i passed latest beta on top of 258.96 , all seems fine now.... why would this happen?
was the problem happening because i installed drivers first then 09b?

i have tryed ennything here i get it to work for sometimes 30 mins but then reboot or the screen goes black or brown.. heh dont know why
the current driver i use is driverversion: 8.17.12.5922
i use window 7 32bit the pc is a p5q pro turbo and two zotac geoforce gts450
i have done the slipatch for windiows 7 32bit.
i have tryed to install the moddified drivers but then i get the lovely :
Setup could not find any nvidia drivers that are compatible with your current hardware....
i have tryed most of the modified drivers out there ...
what on earth am i doing wrong ?
well now im trying here too...
can someone tell me is there no way to get the sli working with the Gf Gts450s ?
some one told me there was a HAL patch for this but , well feeling stupid to ask
i cant find out where what an how ..
can someone help ?

Okay, my report for XP64. If I try to run slipatch 0.9, I get an error like this:

When I try to use slipatch 0.8, and then patch with the patcher 1.1, the patcher is looking for nvlddmkm.sys. XP64 driver does not use this file, so nothing is patched, and driver just locks up in sli mode.

can be a game bug, i wouldnt count on the slihack beeing the cause
for me it ran pretty nicely, with 2x 8800gt on a A7DA-S 3.0 790GX

do you have to do this in a spessial order?
i use win 7 32
by the way i have sli....
my cards are two Gf gts450
