publishers send promotional items and teasers to gaming publications all the time. EA sent out a box of meat for Bulletstorm lol

CoD is the most overrated franchise ever !

I bet that they will bring more "Nuclear Missile Bomb" and more evil Arabs/Russians, maybe they will innovate and bring evil Chinese this time......

CoD games sells well not because they are the "BEST FPS GAME" but because of these 3 factors:

1. Huge marketing campaigns.

2. New video game players who have no experience what's so ever with games, so they are naturally attached to the first game they have ever played seriously. I would say that they makes up the majority of CoD players.

3. Naive CoD 4 players who keep thinking that the new CoD game is going to good until they are slapped in the face by the repetitive gameplay, graphics and story.

Most of the people I know that really "Worship" CoD are extreme fanboys with new experience in video games and usually casual players who doesn't care about quality.

The last good CoD game was CoD4. I haven't bought one since. Everything since has been a total disappointment.

I'll stick with BFBC2 until something better comes out.

oddly enough, that doesnt surprise me

i would like to say though that desipte the mutltiplayer flaws in mw2, and mw and mw2 using the same engine, i do actually thoroughly enjoy the storys in mw and mw2, even if the campaigns are short. i cant tell you how many times i replayed the mw or mw2 campaigns.

Modern warfare 2 was the last time Activision ever saw my money......

I downloaded a pirated copy of Black Ops, confirmed it sucked, and will do the same with MW3. They must be on crack to think that PC users will keep buying their Hack infested games, And yet some PC users will keep buying it. They promised in BO that they would bring back dedicated servers but I heard it was a half truth..... Maybe some suckers will buy it but I'll choose the lesser of the two evils and stick with the battlefield series.

I think if it weren't for the dogs and arty on WaW it would have been the best CoD game imo and tbh I still think WaW was better than MW1 which I got *FREE* with the purchase of a video card...Great single player game But ONLINE sucks 2 dicks and takes 1 in the ass.....So I was dumb enough to buy Black Ops because I was under the impression they fixed multiplayer but fuck me they didn't (yet???)....

Simply put this series and any FUTURE games needs to move past the limitations of this generation of consoles!!! and until they do imo all games will basically suck!!

But I do believe since the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 are getting old and VERY OBSOLETE that Devs are going to start gearing up to make games for the PC to port to consoles SO they will be ready and practiced for the next Generation of Consoles..

Ummmm. No way in hell that's gonna happen. These vultures are too greedy. For them it's all about money and cutting corners. It's cheaper to make a console game and THEN tailor it to work on PC platform, not the other way around.
