Internet information Server?

Ok, Im here at work at a call center for a tech company.

We just fielded a call where the Cx wanted help setting up an "Internet Information Server."
We have never heard of that and when we google it, we can not find anything. Has anyone heard of this thing? The Cx supposedly has a Software CD for it.

It's Internet Information Services (IIS).

Basically a web server and various other server apps for Windows. I haven't used it since XP, so I'm a bit leery of the current incarnate.

Here's the getting started guide for IIS. This guide contains all you need for installation on Vista/7/2008. It helps if you know how to configure a web server too .
