I guess it would not be such a big deal for me as this would be the first COD / ??? MW game from this company as I have boycotted it so far.

Some comments here makes me rethink that fact of buying Dedicated server MW3 vs BF3.

O well will wait and see.

BF3 isn't exactly "fresh and new". It's still a first person shooter, although it incorporates a lot of DICE's newest technologies.

its fresh and new to me. i use to play CoD all the time and BC2 on off. Battlefield 3 definitely feels new. Even if it is a FPS. I like it mainly because of the immersiveness. sounds, graphics, physics. Realism

I'm going to give Call of Duty a pass this time.
If I want to have fun I'll play Battlefield.
If I want to get serious I'll play Arma.

I don't see why the need for any other options.

When will the game developer company's learn ?
Many gamers have 5 years head start and more experience and could have helped BF3 and MW3 prevent problems like this and being playable at 300ms or more ping as if it is only 23ms ping. :banghead:
