Mammoth Falls From The Sky???

O.K. something strange happend to me last night wile in game. About 20 to 30 meters in front of me a Mammoth fell from the sky, hit the ground beside another mammoth and bounced like 3 times. WTF? could it have been a dragon carrying it then dropped it?

Anyhow the other mammoth looked at me for a bit then wondered off. So I cleaned out the dead mammoth for the husks and such. Did this happen to anybody?

Hey guys, wondering where I can find another 1hand sword. Im clearing out this bandit hideout as an entry quest with the imperials. Wasn't so bad outside. But once I get inside the hideout I start hitting guys for a lot less than what they're hitting me for. Im using an ancient nord sword which has 10 or 12 damage.

All ive seen in shops is steel swords, has the same damage

I think theres a couple axes that hit for more, hows your 1 hand combat level? Might have to side mision and lvl up.

I mostly mage but use an enchanted axe from time to time.

Are you shielding with the other hand?

side mission? what the hell are those? All I can find are these dungeons, and towers, and abandoned forts, and dragons, and giants, and, and, and.... sorry, gotta go, game's started itself back up....

Has anybody read the Mystery of Talara? I found volume one really early and it ended with a cliff-hanger, but I still haven't come across any of the other volumes yet, despite collecting at least one copy of every book I can find.

my one handing is about level 43. blocking low 30s i believe.

Does the level of skill change the effectiveness or just unlock perks?

Ive started doing disenchants so i can learn some good enchants for weapons.

a screen on reddit showed its not 50 lol. with a guy at 51.

i have to admit id love a lot of perks. levelin one hander, archery, blocking, heavy armor, restoration. would be nice to put some in lockpicking and enchanting too.

Yeah, I've been trying to save my perks mostly. There are some skills that I only want one or two perks out of, but in order to get them I need to get like 5 other perks that I don't want :laugh:

i have far more hours then steam lists in that pic..... i was running the game via the exe by itself aka bypassing steam as it fixed some crashing issues i had. that said, im around 70 hours now.... its insane how much time im wasting in this game i love it.

Oh no, another bug? I can't clean up the house in Hjerim!

I bought all the decorations, thinking I'll leave the 500 septim cost of cleaning for later.

But now I don't get the option from the stewart to clean up the house!

And it looks really bad since my alchemy and enchanting stuff is all mixed up with the skeleton parts and bloody stuff inside that one awful room... to say nothing about the blood smears all over the place through the entire house...

And to think it's such a much better place than Whiterun... :cry:

uh from what i can tell panther the Hjerim is the best house over all in the game.... in terms space and layout anyway... I own all the houses but i use Hjerim most of the time, and sadly like you i forgot to clean the place so... i have the same bug.
