Ok guys, I am doing a build for my aunt. Heatware is in sig and over 160+ :)

She just had a long divorce and has 4 kids. They are still using a OLD pentium III 1Ghz 512MB SDram. I just picked up a sweet Gigabyte board for her build (See thread here). My reasons for this post is if anyone here has spare parts laying around from crunchers/folders/spares or such that they would want to get rid of. I will be paying for all this stuff myself and need to see what kind of prices I am looking at. Was looking to get something like either a dual core 45NM or maybe a quad core (phenom II or Phenom I). Ram probably wont need more than 2x1GB of anything cheap. I will be buying the case brand new and probably one that has a PSU already in it. She has two boys that will be doing light gaming such as maybe COD4 or something like that(Thinking something like a 7600GT/7800GT/8800GT/9800GT Green/3870/4850 series). I am not asking people to donate anything like I mentioned before I WILL BE paying for this stuff.

NEEDED!

RAM
Any cheap 2x1GB DDR3 will be fine. NOTHING FANCY

120MM fans
Looking to get 4 120mm fans (LED would be nice). Like to find some out of an NZXT case if anyone has any spares

I will not need CASE/PSU/Motherboard/HDD (Already have those planned.)

PM ME WITH ANY OFFERS!

Any cheap IDE burner will do

What color LED for the fans?

NewEgg has 120mm Rosewill fans in a 4/pack (plain black or clear w/blue LED) I think they are $9.99 and $13.99.... that's less than $3-4 each!!! :toast:

Quality wise- exact same as the cooler masters that come in the 4/pack. I'm running 4 in each of my Source 210 crunchers w/ no issues

Ok thanks for all the help guys, I ordered the rest of newegg quite cheap.

Thanks to TPU my aunt and her kids will have a quad core with 4gb DDR3, 9600GSO video card to do daily stuff on and let her kids game alittle :)

THANK YOU!!
