So IE10 still hates DynMap and I Googled it. What my search got was this:

Apparently, the best solution is to add:
To the <head> of index.html. It basically forces IE10 to use an IE9 compatible render path. Not a permanent fix but it should at least make it functional.HTML:<meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=9" />
