i was lucky in saterday night and was able to log on test and had a try with leo. excelent gun and speed (same as b.ch.) but very low armor. and because it is bigger then b.ch. it is easyer target. armor slop isnt bad but as soon as enemies aim for at least 2 sec. it is eazilly pened. i find rof a bit low. it is ok if u r camping but for high speed tank that often is first to engadge surrounded mostly by enemies i find it qute low (could be because i have pz 1 c and i have expectation that high speed comes with high rof or just wrong play style). in total imo leo is just moderate tank, better then most of the germans but still moderate. havnt tried those below it so i cant say anything about them.

This is how frustrating the Lorraine 1550 tier 6 arty can be, not only did I get these kills, on most of them I took 800 damage + off each, I actually made just 300 credits lol.

How do you feel about it's mobility? Is it a great thing you use often, or more a minor thing that gets used occasionally?

Well to be honest, I researched it months ago (the Tier 5 frenchie is very good) but the gun kind of put me off as in effect it's just a Tier 5 gun with a high ROF but when I sold a few a while back I decided to give it a try.

I now play it several times a session, it's fast, mobile with a 3 rounds per minute ROF it's great fun, it's ROF does actually compensate for the 200-300 damage less than most T6 counterparts, the only real downside is accuracy which is not so good, but once you get used to it you can usually get over that without too much trouble. in essence I do well with it, but as you can see from the screenie above, overall I gain with it on a standard account but it certainly is no farmer.

I personally think there is no beating Hummel/GwPanther when it comes to mobility, many times they will just run away from whatever slow vehicles I use (Tiger II, Ferdinand, Churchills) and I can't do anything about it. The Russian ones are probably pushed by prisoners, they almost can't move at all.

I have both the Hummel and GW Panther, they are both excellent arty and amongst my faves (I have every arty Tier 5-7 except the frenchie tier 7, I have some tier 8's too) but believe me when i say that nothing comes close to the combination of speed and mobility of the 1550, it's traverse is not quite as fast as the Hummel so about the same as the GW but it's acceleration and reverse is awesome, ohhhh and it will do 63KPH!!

If i remember correctly,in clan wars, for 1-2 province, you are going to need at least 3 team of 15 players, so your clan can use effective defend-attack tactics, anything less than that is possible but with harder difficulty.

i haven't join clan war for months, i don't remember the exact tactic we used before.

Tortoise on first match today. Tier 9 battle, Murovanka. Of course 3/4 of my team camp in forest and of course after 5 minutes or so it was 12-4 for enemies.
But then it comes Tortoise...

I was thinking the Super Pershing due to it's amazingly good value for money but I have nothing on the American tree so feel it "could" be wasted but apparently my British Medium crew can train in it

Be very careful. If you get hooked by the game you're lost.

Joking aside give it a go. Maybe you'll like it. Basically it's a shooter but with tanks and you need some tactics and situation awareness.
You have a lot of tanks/TD's/SPG's/nations to choose from and plenty of maps. Every battle is different. Starting with matchmaker, then map, then team(s). No battle is the same with other even you'll play the same tank.
Believe me I have almost 40k battles and I can't say that I have a battle which reminds me of another battle, every fcking time something new intrude.

And about your free stuff I guess it'a a nVidia code from a GTX 6xx. If so it gives you an invite code with some gold and a bonus code with 2050 gold and one month of Premium account. All are welcome for you to make an idea about the game.
