So still only 4 classes. I guess that's probably pretty good info that we won't have commander mode. The graphics are all meh, but it is an alpha (and shows it) and it is on console (from the looks of it).

Oh, just saw the picture showing we might be able to use the elevator. lol :rockout:

edit: So I'm looking at the pictures of when he's in the tank. There's the one of him blowing up a jeep like vehicle and the shell counter went from 4 (in an earlier pic) to 3. Do we have to go back to the base (ala BF2 with jets) to reload after 4 rounds?

So... It all is starting to look just like BF3 with a paint job. My excitement is about 1/10th of what it was for BF3... and it seems to be getting lesser and lesser.

Err.. Textures is what I was expecting for a pretty much COD jump in graphics.. Just because it's alpha doesn't mean anything. Don't get me wrong I'm not bashing BF4, because I know it will look good.. I'm just ready to see something ground breaking! My level of excitement is right where erocker's is at this point.

Well BF3 came what, 5 years after BF2. Then BF4 came 2 after BF3 and everyone was expecting something ground breaking? I was hoping for better explosions. If we got more then that I was going to be pretty happy.

I'd be overwhelmed if they fixed all the bugs of BF3 in BF4. I'm not holding my breath.

Exactly, just compare BFBC2 and BF3. They really aren't that much better in BF3, just go play a round or 2 of the good maps.
I'm looking forward to it just because it is a new Battlefield game, I'm not expecting a whole new experience.
As long as they don't fuck it up like COD and MOH has done to their series. JMO !
