Check in Task Manager - Services and see if PnkBstrA is running...

I will have to go back and look for the Mailman's guide he had on Punkbuster.
Couldn't find it but I did find the links below. I remember when BF3 first came out I had issues and had to fix it several times.

If that doesn't do it let me know when you are gonna be on TS and Ill help ya troubleshoot it.

ANY jet as a two seater like BF2 would be nice.

I was just about to post your guide for boise49ers. :toast: Oh and yea I want more 2 seaters as well. I'm not that good at flying, but I make one hell of a backseat flyer.. I mean bomber!..lol ;)

Meh, I wish they would bring back double seater jets just like in BF2. one guy to do the flying and deal with aerial threats and some ground targets while the guy in the second seat only deal with ground targets.

teamwork between the pilot and bomber are crucial as the pilot needs to hold course long enough for the bomber to get a lock on.

instead, what do we get?? Assholes who camp with mobile AA and jets/choppers with armour as thick as a sheet of paper. with flares that quite often make having a stinger completely pointless unless youre working with a teammate to take them down and even then one of 50% of rockets fired wont hit target making the second guy beyond useless part from putting pressure on the pilot and forcing him to deploy flares so your rockets can fuck him up.

Thanks I'll check it out when I get home. By the way Fuck Obama ! Everytime I think we have a
President with a brain they turn around and prove me wrong. I'm done with all of them, FOREVER

Why would you post this here? I don't care if it's pro or con, no politics, please. Nothing good ever results.

Pixelenemy.com - Gamescom will be “one hell of a show,” says Battlefield 4 producer

DICE looks like it’s all set for Gamescom later this month. A Tweet by the Battlefield 4 producer Daniel Matros declared that Gamescom will be “one hell of a show.”

Electronic Arts is also set to show off the much-anticipated Titanfall alongside FIFA 14, The Sims 4, and Need for Speed: Rivals. The popular annual event will take place between August 21 and 25 this year in Cologne, Germany.

While we don’t know what Matros and his team will show off at the event, Gamescom is shaping up to be a crucial event for DICE and Battlefield 4 in particular.

We’ll be reporting on events as they happen, so don’t forget to drop by!

mweb.co.za/ - Battlefield 4: An avalanche of gameplay videos

by Zubayr Bhyat (plut) Posted Tuesday, August 06, 2013 8:01:00 AM

EA and DICE have pushed out an avalanche of videos showing the new weapons, environments and equipment. It's all destruction porn and eye candy here. As far as massive levels combined with fast paced gunplay go it's all pretty mindblowing to watch. While I'm not really a fan of the series but technically these videos look brilliant. Even though we're seeing pre-alpha code in these videos the game is looking pretty polished, and as far as visuals go I'd say that Battlefield 4 is going to be a tough standard to compete with for other developers.

If this is what we can expect from the Frostbite engine, imagine what's in store from Mass Effect 4 and Mirror's Edge 2? Well, I would say it's worth waiting for indeed.

Bf4blog - Analysis of additional Battlefield 4 gameplay videos and screenshots

August 6, 2013
Categories Confirmed | News Comments No comments
So, it seems that EA/DICE continue to hand out short gameplay videos to the Battlefield YouTube community to hold our interest and feed our speculation as Gamescom 2013 approaches. I, for one, am happily going full-tilt on this hype machine. Check out this video of an attack boat battle posted by Luetin09, and hit the jump for more screens and discussion.

[yt]?feature=player_embedded&v=UUos8Gj7zTk[/yt]

In Luetin’s video, we see see the attack boats face off. The boat being spectated fires off its countermeasures, the effects of which look really nice. Then, my favorite part happens: the other boat rams the first one.

Boat-Ram-300x135.jpg

What I find significant and marvelous about this is how the vehicles interact: one boat pushes the other aside and into the water, while getting lifted off the water by the boat it is pushing. While this may look different in spectator mode versus being in-game, this indicates a significant improvement in vehicle blocking and interaction. Hopefully gone are the days of odd stuttering inside the tank that just backed into you before suddenly being pushed off to a different position.

Boom-300x166.jpg

In the video posted by FRANKIEonPCin1080p, we see some infantry taking on tanks. After the tank gets distracted by grenade launchers, a recon is able to sneak in with some C4, the effect of which is the satisfying explosion above.

Underground-effect-300x166.jpg

Around the 0:55 mark of the same video, we see our recon plant C4 on another tank and sneak down the stairs to detonate. This gives us an opportunity to see another of those nice little “extras” DICE has in Battlefield 4 to help immerse us into the environment. It may be difficult to see in the screen above, but from the recon’s view of the floor under the tank, we see some debris fall and sparks fly. I think some effects like this were in BF3, but what I am seeing so far in these videos feels more natural in the environment to me. The recon only managed to place one C4, so the tank ends up being finished off by some engineers. Once the tank is destroyed, it completely disappears. Hopefully, this is just a spectator bug, or they have not yet finished destroyed vehicle effects as of this build, and it will be added later. It feels so much better to me to have the destroyed vehicle remain in-game, at least for a period of time.

Took-your-mag-300x133.jpg

Another video, uploaded by DooM49, showcases some knifings. One of these knife takedowns does not result in our usual set of dog tags, however. Instead, our player receives a shiny new magazine for his weapon. One can only assume this is a graphical bug, though you must admit it would be kinda neat to grab some ammo off your opponent.

That is all for now, but I imagine there are more videos yet to come, as some of these are second videos from these YouTubers, meaning EA/DICE continue to share these clips. I look forward to finding more bits to share with you. In the mean time, let us know what you think of the videos released so far, what they mean, and what new things they’ll show us at Gamescom.

pixelenemy.com - Battlefield 4 pre-order includes Three Gold “Battlepacks” as a bonus, gives “a new reason to rank up”

Authored by Alex Co

bf4123.jpg

Have you pre-ordered Battlefield 4? If not, you might want to drop by your favorite store (online or physical) and plunk down some dough, as not only will pre-ordering net you the game’s first expansion, “China Rising,” bit it will even throw in three “Gold” Battlepacks, too.

Not familiar with Battlepacks? It gives you “a new reason to rank up,” at least according to EA. Here’s the official description:

GEAR UP WITH BATTLEPACKS

Battlepacks add an all-new layer of persistence and an exciting element of chance to the multiplayer progression system in Battlefield 4. Through the course of their multiplayer career, players will receive Battlepacks containing random combinations of new camos, dog tags, knives, XP boosts, and more! These items are designed to add customization options to give players some more personalization options on the Battlefield.

If you’ve played Mass Effect 3′s multiplayer, Battlepacks are just like the booster packs one can buy with in-game currency or with real money for those that are impatient.

I just hope the game doesn’t boil down to who can spend the most to unlock everything the fastest. There is one glimmer of hope, though. In the description, it doesn’t mention weapon attachments, special Battlepacks-only weapons and whatnot. If people can only unlock knives, camos and other cosmetic stuff, then I’m all for it.

What do you think of Battlepacks? A good move by EA or a slippery slope waiting to happen?

For more on BF4, make sure to watch our exclusive multiplayer video showcasing the game’s Ultra settings.

Nice. It's like Free 2 Play without the "free" part.

Yea this seems like bad news to me.. leave it to EA.. :shadedshu

digitaltimes.com - Battlefield 4 Beta Launch Date Still Unknown Following Debut Of New Game Play Videos

By Scott Craft on August 4, 2013 9:30 PM EDT

We've got all the latest on Battlefield 4, including word on a few new Chinese vehicles recently confirmed to be in the game, along with nearly ten minutes of brand new Battlefield 4 game play footage as the wait continues for the launch of the Battlefield 4 beta. (PHOTO: Electronic Arts / DICE)
With less than twelve weeks remaining before the Battlefield 4 release date, we still know next to nothing about the Battlefield 4 beta that's supposed to start sometime this fall, but five new game play videos are giving fans of the series a much better idea of what to expect when Battlefield 4 launches on October 29.

Follow Us

After a relatively quiet July, Electronic Arts and DICE have opened the Battlefield 4 info and video flood gates; posting a new developer Q&A and authorizing the release of five new Battlefield 4 game play videos as the countdown to the Battlefield 4 beta continues. Most notably, the Battlefield 4 dev team used Friday's Vehicle Q&A to begin unveiling the list of vehicles that will be available to the Chinese faction in Battlefield 4, including the Type-99 MBT (tank), Z-10W Attack Heli and DV15 Interceptor Attack Boat.

There's a little something for everyone in August's first round of Battlefield 4 game play footage too, with leaks from a variety of well-known Battlefield-loving YouTube personalities posting a variety of short game play clips from the closed Battlefield 4 beta test currently underway. It's not clear exactly which build version of Battlefield 4 the latest footage is from, though all of the recent videos were recorded on a PC running Battlefield 4 on the game's "Ultra" graphics setting.

The latest batch of Battlefield 4 game play footage also gives us an idea of what to expect from the game's update suppression systems; specifically, the visual filters that will engage when you are taking fire from an enemy(s) during a Battlefield 4 multiplayer match.

Unfortunately, all of the latest Battlefield 4 game play footage was captured on the previously revealed Siege of Shanghai map, the only map to be seen publicly since Battlefield 4 was publicly confirmed by EA and DICE earlier this year. Siege will undoubtedly be the only map featured in the Battlefield 4 beta this fall as well, making us wonder if we'll get to see any footage from other multiplayer maps before the Battlefield 4 release date.

Of course, we'll be counting down the days either way, but we can't be the only ones who'd like to see what else will be included In Battlefield 4. Check out all of the great new Battlefield 4 game play footage that's emerged in the last few days while we all keep our fingers crossed for word on the Battlefield 4 beta sometime in the near future:

<follow the link to see the videos>

Be sure to check back with iDigitalTimes.com and follow Scott on Twitter for more on Battlefield 4 as we continue following all the latest game news ahead of the Battlefield 4 beta scheduled to begin this fall and the Battlefield 4 release date on October 29.

Below, we’ve gathered 11 more videos (more as we update) for your viewing pleasure. Similar to the previous ones, they each show Battlefield 4 running on Ultra Settings using spectator mode, but you’re sure to find some new surprises here and there.

Check them out and tell us what you think in the comments below. Also, be sure to keep your sights on MP1st for all your Battlefield 4 news.

Most of these show full textures on the ground
This one in particular looks like a remake of BF3's Wake. This must be from the Second Assault expansion pack.

Actually, it looks like maybe he sandwiched a few seconds of BF4 footage between footage of BF3 Wake.

Yeah that is Wake BF3 !

Bringing back both Wake and Metro doesn't bode well from my point of view, those were the two most god awful maps in BF3, and Wake has sucked since BF2. The only people who like Metro are stat mongers and unlock fiends, and that is no reason to bring that horrible excuse for a battlefield map back.
