Yea not sure man I double checked I dont have the issue with my Nvidia GTX 670 still weird issue glad to know about it tho Ill see if my buddy with his 7870 can help me track down the cause.Dynamic brightness/contrast are turned off.
It's not the monitor, the HUD stays the same brightness.
Guess I'll try some other ENB files, but I really liked this one. This was the only thing I didn't like...

Yes I get the Same if using ENB for shadows however by using 8192 shadow sizes with ENB I was able to fix most of that however as you can probably guess 2GB of vram was not enough.Ray, I do get smoother shadows with ENB but at the cost of slightly pixelated self shadows on character, does this happen to you too?
Don't think I've ever seen it go over 2,8GB
As for VRAM well that's another story, check a couple of page back I think I posted a screenshot of my usage
