They're similar, but they aren't the same:

• The front ports and switches are laid out differently.
• The P100 has two 5.25" bays and seven 3.5"/2.5"; the P280 has three 5.25" and six 3.5"/2.5".
• The P100 has a simpler motherboard tray.
• The P100 supports ATX motherboards (7 expansion slots); the P280 supports XL-ATX (9 slots).
• The P280 has a 4-fan power hub on the top-back; the P100 doesn't.

Man that front door reminds me of the paper thin plastic Thermaltake cases. Sure hope Antec isn't going that route. They've always had good study quality cases for years. I never use them for my own builds but for other people I've used them quite often.

I had the Casetek version of that case you posted pictures of. IMO it was a very soid case. Nothing wrong with it at all. The front door on the Casetek was made of plastic. Never had anything break on it and I still have it.

I really don't see the need for removable HDD cages on this case. The case supports the longest GFX cards ever made (AMD 7990) with the cage installed? So what benefit would come from removing the front HDD cage?
