NVIDIA has now made available a new, beta-tagged graphics driver, the GeForce 331.93. This latest release includes an updated SLI profile for Assassins Creed IV: Black Flag, fixes some browser-related stability issues observed with GeForce GTX 400 and 500 Series cards, and is supposed to ensure "maximum performance and system stability across all titles".

The GeForce 331.93 beta supports GeForce 8, 9, 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600 and 700 series desktop cards and ION/ION LE GPUs.

Download: Windows Vista/7/8/8.1 32-bit / Windows Vista/7/8/8.1 64-bit / Windows XP 32-bit / Windows XP 64-bit

but this is merely a hotfix based on about the same whql version... if you have those bugs or bad performing AC4, what are you supposed to do?

This is mostly a release for Fermi card owners, fixing the lock-ups and TDR issues myself and a couple of thousand other users have been complaining about before. It seems it finally addressed that issue and it only took'em 8 months...

Finally, my 560ti is stable again. Yes, this driver is a fix for system-freeze, system-lag, tdr, mouse-anomaly for 460/560 cards. Been using it for a day, and still no sign for instability, i hope so it's fixed now.

You guys are really making me think of giving these drivers a try, but honestly I think I rather wait until the next WHQL release. No rush here :)

My issue: Computer will freeze or BSoD after 5 mins, sometimes after 4 hours, sometimes after 3 days if using anything but 314.22 (Two 550 Ti's here).
