World of Padman finally done

It took nearly ages to get finished but on this past April Fools Day the standalone version of 'World of Padman' was released at last and it's all but a lousy joke! What originally started as a series of comic strips with Padman being the main actor turned into a map project for Quake 3 Arena (that I stumbled on around six years ago) with a very rich, unique color set. As this wouldn't be enough work the team behind decided to go a step further and develop a whole modification around the Batman-like, gnomish character. And after that was done they worked hard on a standalone version in order to get away from the antique, rusty Quake 3 image. So what awaits you with 'World of Padman'?

A cool fun shooter, in liliput style, that including 12 maps, along with new crazy weapons, colourful player models, and new game types. ... The "World of Padman" is a multiplayer game, in which you can fight your opponent online or have some fun at home playing with some friends and bots.

Ok...the game is gay...there is only like 10 servers, and just a handful populated, the weapons are gay, the characters are gay, you are gay, and all the servers for me have 150-200+ ping...

If you want a fun free q3 game, stick with wolf:et...

UrT is fun, but annoying most of the time for me. Plus i doubt both gaypad and UrT is gonna last long, reguardless of free standalone.

Downloading this, FEAR combat is boring. Kuma Games never works, Steamless CS never worked. I hope this will.

So anyways any other free games around (that are half decent) please notify TPU about them.

This game has some big levels, similar to TRIBES, yet the weapon has no splash damage...so how in hell do you kill?

Also your melee/knife is a mutated duck with sharp teeth.

I just played it and have to say it's not that bad

It's just been released so more servers should pop up and some mods too. I can't say I would pay for it but for free it's a good game IMO. Really they try to charge $10 or more for flash games that are clones of space invaders:shadedshu
The best thing about this is a kid could play it on a old PC[ even mac or linux ] and his parents wouldn't get pissed about the blood or price. It's a simple,free, multi platform cartoon game made by some people just for the hell of it, can't really get down on them for not making HL2 deathmatch
