But why it wont stay on for example 1254mhz? But must goes to even 1201mhz.

On second thoughts the temperatures sound pretty legit. especially if you have a case with limited air flow...
You have avoided answering or totally ignored some of the members questions who are trying to help you and thats never a good thing to do as they're probably not likely to help you in the future should another issue arise.
With that said, I will leave these here and call it a day because you're not prepared to follow up when questioned.

Crysis 3 is very hard on any GPU, usage is 100% all the time and GPU produces maximum amount of heat possible. Boost algorithm gets it as low as 1201 MHz to keep GPU under 80C (mind you it's still 120Hz overclock). You can do 3 things:
- Adjust fan curve to get lower temps with more noise
- Replace thermal paste with arctic mx-4
- If your FPS is consistently over 60 and you use 60Hz monitor use vsync or adaptive vsync - it will somewhat reduce GPU usage (and temps) if those conditions are met
