Reports are that it should fit fine. Would search around
but they all seem to be for Version II of the cooler
AmazonUK review says:
I can confirm this fits perfectly on an EVGA GTX 570 HD (no modding required), For all of you wondering if there is enough clearance for the Heatsink and the DVI box. Brought my temps down from 96c on OCCT to 64c. Absolute beauty of a cooler. Make sure you leave the G-1 thermal glue to cure for at least 5 hours like it says in the instructions. The glue is NON-CONDUCTIVE so dont worry if you spill abit on the PCB. At 100% fan speed (Molex + 12v) this thing is whisper quiet. A product well worth my money.

If possible, buy from PUDSEY COMPUTERS, ordered on a thursday night at 11:45pm and arrived the following saturday at 10:15am. Wonderful service.

In case anyone is wondering, system secs below.

MOBO: Asus P8P67 Pro Rev.3.0
CPU: i5 2500k OC 4.5ghz

Yeah there is Twin Turbo, Twin Turbo 2 and Twin Turbo Pro and they all have different heatsinks. As I can see Twin Turbo 2 has the most clearance space for connectors:
