Inter-Tech Releases the SY-113 Midi Tower PC Case

Inter-Tech now rolled out a new entry-level PC chassis, a midi tower model known as SY-113. Pictured below, the case measures 410 x 195 x 425 mm and features support for ATX and micro ATX motherboards, a front I/O panel with two USB 2.0 ports, two 5.25-inch and six 3.5-inch drive bays and space for one 80 mm and three 120 mm fans.

The SY-113 is backed by a two-year warranty and comes in two versions, one with a 500 W power supply and one without a PSU. The model equipped with a PSU is already selling for just under 40 Euro.

Why because they put the PSU at the top ?, O please how ever it would be nice if one of these dam company's would put the PSU side ways taking air out the side of the case instead of this PSU at the bottom BS. TT nearly got it witht he Armor case but i guess copy cat shit is safer these days.

Heat rising PSU's tend to get hot and makes no sense to put a PSU near a HOT graphics card.

Wha ?, nothing like what i am on about lol. Only issue with this i cannot get the BTX plate for it any more .,

why would you want BTX when Silverstone does it better with their 90 degree rotation the psu sits with it's fan sucking cold air in from the back and exhausts it out the top (lucky if mine gets 40c air temp coming out when doing F@H) also with this design you don't get GPU PCB droop

As i would of liked to trey the option with mine for a mere $15 ( when it was available ), all though i would not kept it that way as i like to keep the PSU away from the graphic card(s).

And that case is different but it's smaller than my case as when i got mine was about 2006 which that case you have be way to small even if it was available back then as i was using around 8-10 HDDs.. And as for GPU drop don't get it as their is plenty of ways to solve that issue.

That's the problem with most case's and people looks come before performance.

Just wish TT thought more out the box than copying others and adding more plastic to their cases. Been meaning to add a vent for the PSU by flipping the PSU and making the 120mm hole so it could take the air from out side.

I would not buy a TT case these days their just the same as most and offer no benefit(s) over this one.
