While I don't disagree with your point on Intel, it's somewhat unfair to single them out when all the other semiconductor manufacturers are similarly redefining their measurements.Intel still prefers marketing over actual science. Their 22nm bulk shit (finfet) isn't actually 22 (more like 26). Die size doesn't add up.
