And, the Gainward GTX 960 "OC" edition, fabricated with two-slot blower cooler, also is factory over-clocked at 1165MHz base clock. It's all marketing bullshit. 99% of companies do this.

Having said that, however, Gainward is no joke. They got it right AGAIN this time. By upping the memory bandwidth, which is an achilles heel of the 960 GTX, they are instantly faster than a lot of other manufacturers that only overclock the GPU.
