Those lovely ACX 2.0 fans need to find a loving home on a more powerful GPU. Heck, the one with one fan probably could be passively cooled... lol

Hopefully they don't use loud fans this time. The eVGA 750 was atrocious for a single fan GPU with no PCI-e power other than the slot needed. It wasn't even a hot card.
