So at the expense of sounding ignorant as usual, how can you or can you find a list of Legacy operation servers on battlelog? I don't see the option with the filter for any of those maps. Played a round of DV HC Team Death match last night. Pretty fun except for the snipers. I'd like to play a regular round just to get to know the map better. I didn't see anyone in the cranes. Did they take that out of this map ? I hope so, they were a Pain in the ass on BF3. Played with the SAR, good gun for my sorry ass as I don't have to adjust for recoil.

In the server browser just select Dragon Valley 2015. It's under the "Battlefield 4" list of maps.

Is anyone with an AMD card have stutter problems with DX11 and the newest drivers? Also what happened with Mantle? Was using that forever and now I get better performance (like 50% better at least) with DX11 instead of Mantle, used to be the other way around.

Im ok with less vehicles. I usually only play squad or team DM anyway and dont really like vehicles or large maps.

Because if it going back to BC style gameplay that is what it implies. Console style game. It was a good game but BF3 blew it out of the water. The shooting mechanics in BC2 were pretty terrible (but industry standard I suppose) and then BF3 came along and made it much better. If you don't like vehicles then just play TDM/Dom, but don't screw the game for the rest of us.

A few months ago I reinstalled origin so I could fire up BF4 as I haven't played in forever. Never could get it working. Every time I loaded the server list up the game would not connect to any server and just crash. usually I can work through this sort of thing but I was so pissed I just gave up.

If BF5 is more like Bad Company then I will be stoked. That was the last BF game that I thought rocked. BC2. Loads of fun with that game.

I still play it a couple times a week. That was the first game I teamed up with TPU players. It was loads of fun. 3 was OK, and 4 I just lost interest. I play it periodically, but not much. I play BFBC2 more

No one is screwing the game for anyone. Yeah BC and BC2 had it's issues but so did BF3 and 4 and BC 1 and 2 had no prone but why would (just for a for instance) BC3 not be tuned to the way of BF3/4 for guns and not have prone? Just because the old games lacked this doesnt mean the new game has to lack it. That's just retarded thinking.

And I do stick to those game modes. But again, just because old versions of BC lacked what BF3 and 4 have/had doesnt mean they cant update BC3 (again a for instance for this argument) to be better than its predecessors in this regard.

So you're asking for BF3/4 mechanics with a title change to "BC3"? What purpose would that serve? You're either asking for a BF3/4 style game or a BC/BC2 style game. They're mutually exclusive. The moment you add in BF3/4 shooting mechanics, prone and whatnot the game will play like BF3/4 and not BC.

And you'd certainly be screwing the game for vehicle players if you want to go back to the small maps with limited vehicle focus as in BC2. The beauty of BF3/4 is the shooting mechanics blow BC2s out of the water while offering game modes with no vehicles for those that don't like them. All while including large vehicle based maps.

Again, if you add in all of these things the game will be a BF3/4 sequel and not a BC2 sequel. Seems as though the more you're thinking of it the more you realize how much of a jump BF3 was over BC2.
