I'd be concerned with what caused the damage...
It is not damage... more like poor QC, as, it looks to be that some foreign substance got on the pcb and when it was dip soldered, the solder did not adhere to those traces.
It does not look to have affected any solder component pads, from those two pics in the OP.
I believe the problem is not a trace, it is a component problem and requires proper testing.
If the OP does not have the needed knowledge for this; then, his best bet is to take the unit to an electrician, who is knowledgeable in repairing them.
He may, even, be able to take it to some local electronics classes and ask the teachers if there is someone that could diagnosis it and repair it.
I have done this in some auto repair classes, at my local community college and they were happy to do the hands on... I had to pay for the parts, of course.
