Is it just with me that the Nvidia driver dated 15th August has issues with this game? I thought my pip-boy was getting low on batteries, and hacking terminals became impossible!
I'm sure it's the driver because I rolled it back and pip-boy and terminals are ok once again.

Others have reported that as well, 372.54 seems to be riddled with problems, guru3D even complained about the driver in their MSI GTX 1060 3GB review.

I have similar issue's, not like yours but. I only see a few now, but does seem to be connected to the driver. Had a few crashes, I'm on 365.10 not sure of the date.

I enabled god mode, saw a bunch of stuff, just tweaking the game to run on my system in my sig basicallly. I came to high settings, SSAO, Bokeh DOF and no PhysX... 50-60FPS Vsync locked 1080P.

Not bad... not bad at all, time for me to venture the wasteland.

To really bench a Bethesda game just put God mode on, run the map and see how it performs.

Just got FO4 yesterday and I enjoy it so much more on PC. Looks better and plays better. This is coming from a XB One.

FO4 is a good game, I just wish you could have spent more time pre-fallout.

Also NVIDIA has apparently made its own mod for the game called Vault 1080.

There is no system in your Sig? How do you enable God Mode?

I just got half way into lvl 59 nuke world opened up, now it seems boring.....

nuka world seems fun.

bit of variety, OK quests so far. I like the way they 'forced' you into exploring every nook and cranny for the star control things, and the hidden cappys. Made me go back and find plenty of rooms i missed the first time through.

'finished' nuka world a few days ago, busy with work so i never said anything here.

i enjoyed it overall, and theres optional quests you can do (not quite so random generated as they usually are) to change things up a little.

Level 74, I had to use the ~ then yvm so i could finish the Mechanist off, then spent a couple levels chasing stray roobts left over(seems like that could go on a while). So, in Nuka world I can't find the damm cappies for the bonus(have the cappy glasses on)any help? Right now I been helping gangs from Nuka take over the waste land settlements(boring). How do I build a bar or what ever to keep them drunk n happy? I been using a mooded version of Citto's club with rockets on it, only touch a riffle for the turrets high up i can't club on. I like this game, not sure which gerner it is I could see me playing a long time...

once you're a certain distance away from the cappies they show up on the radar - use that to narrow down and triangulate their location.

Also the holotape you get is helpful, most of the time, just look on the walls for a sticker of cappy with a talk bubble.

Thanks guys finished the cappy thing with that girl, then killed the owner of Nuka world. Now I'll making my gangs from Nuka wolrd happy after taking over settlements.......Not much time to play lately.

I was looking at the nexus fallout 4 page and there are so many mods out now that I'm not sure where to start. Is there a full graphical overhaul for this game that does 2k and 4k textures? If not I'll have to download a butt load of 4k mods.

Most texture packs are actually optimized for performance, they downscale areas that may needlessly be at high resolutions, some add more detail to the textures while optimizing, Vivid Landscapes.

PC Gamer has a list of mods that might help you get started.

Also some texture packs can cause issues if you use the non-loose version, performance drops.

Agreed. I did the same last night. Game looks amazing without mods at 4k 60 Hz. I'd like to try it out with a bunch of 4k texture mods though. I used a bunch before when I was running at 1080p and it really made a big difference and still performed well with my GTX 1080.
