I've been seeing some great reviews of this game. Even the single player campaign is the best since Bad Company 2. Nice job Dice. I will probably pick it up for the single player when it's on a good sale.

Well worth it though, I have a feeling this will be better than battlefield 4 IMO. Still loads of people playing bf4 years after it was released. But I don't doubt they this will go on sale soon to encourage more buyers. I pre-ordered it and i'm considering it, money well spent

The game looks amazing, it's a bit difficult in the begging as it should be but when you get used to it it ROCKS!!! I've noticed some stuttering so I hope that will be fixed in an update or with a new driver from Nvidia (DX12 cuts the frames down by 20%)

I have the opposite experience when playing. I saw all the hoopla about DX12 not being as good as DX11 when playing, but...

In DX11 I have horrible GPU usage, goes from 50% usage down to 2%-7% usage constantly, back and forth, multiple times per second. CPU usage always 100% across all cores. When DX12 is enabled, GPU usage is usually around 85%-95%, CPU usage always at 100% across all cores.


Yup, highlighting to me that my 2500K at 4.5GHz is no longer up to the task. I need Zen or Kaby Lake with a quickness.

Had a lot of fun with erocker yesterday. Looking forward to having the full game unlocked today. Going to try out operations.

The gunplay feels spot on. Getting all classes to level 3 first so I have some decent weapon options, then going back to rank them all to 10 for final weapon unlocks.

The starting weapons DO suck though... Just gotta get through it to the better stuff, which comes rather quickly.

***BTW, Everyone feel free to get on the Teamspeak 3 server. Just download Teamspeak 3 and connect to the server by entering: www.techpowerup.com into the address. It would be great to get multiple squads working together!

I would join you all but sadly I do not start playing until 10:30 pm Alaska time. Was on the same team as Dave last night for a bit. It is taking me a bit to get used to a whole new user interface. Was not able to join some squads last night so I am guessing they were locked.

For some reason I get better performance with a single 980ti than I do using two with DX11? It's weird because during the Beta I could get 99.9 fps with vsync on at 1440p using ultra settings. Now I have to set low settings to get 99.9 fps when I use sli. I am using the newest game ready driver & tried nvidia inspector with no luck.

Anyone else with dual gpu nvidia rig chime in please.

Shame the beta had less issues than the release. Surely that's what the alpha and beta releases were for. Running pretty stable now with the latest amd update. Still occasionally crashes with the dx removed error. Dx12 crashes far less than dx11. In dx11 crossfire gives a massive frame boost just shame it crashes often.

Well..... Had a half decent game. got promoted twice, earned some warbonds, server crashed as it was changing maps and i lost everything. Good start.

the game is a lot of fun both multi and single. they need to balance some weapons but i have played pretty much bug free. this feels a lot like bfbc2 which is a good thing.

Sometimes i just take aim and shot someone from mid~long range and kill him from 2 or 3 shots...... Too bad some others i shoot the guy 4 times 3 feets aways from me and im the one killed........ Im using the mondragon scope> sniper.

No it's not. I'm not saying it's a bad game, definitely the best since BF3, but mate, the price is horrendous! A video game should NOT cost over 40 euro. Yes, i've bought more expensive games before, but that shouldn't become a standard. 79 euro is fecking ridiculous.

Grab it on 3rd party stores where it's from 40-50€. Which is somewhat reasonable for new game. I'd never pay 80€ for a game unless it was something I'm a die hard fan of and would be out of this world amazing game. Battlefield 1 is probably very good, but I doubt it's that amazing.

Played some more last night- growing on me but the current lack of 'hardcore' is a nuisance. It's WW1. People and horses should go down quicker when I'm spraying a clip of lead into them.

Tanks and horses are still stupidly invincible.
Bombers should have limited bombs.

I still see the weird rubber band effect that happens sometimes when a person has been killed the player is stretched out and then disappears. Players still get stuck in objects after being killed and flail around.
