Yes, I don't really like the normal mode I am more used to hardcore...hopefully they'll bring it soon into the game , Anyway I am doing much better now than when I started playing BF4

Hardcore may improve your score, but killing enemies doesn't seem to be your issue. 1.3 is very respectable.
Looking through your stats you just don't push the objective enough. A single flag cap is 10 kills worth of points.

We have almost the same playtime (you have about 30mins more) but I am almost double your rank (32) we play the same modes, but I have a lot more flag caps and defends.
Hardcore will improve your KD but objective play will improve your score.




I for one, am dreading hardcore. I've never liked it, but its going to be beyond anoying in this game. Snipers, snipers everywhere.

The sebeblaster is great for countersniping, just use it correctly. With their little lense suns it's hard to miss them.

The mp-18 isn't supposed to do any damage at range. It is supposed to be a usable gun, not a high skill gun. The automatico has more recoil, and a smaller magazine. It relies on an instant kill, because otherwise you are stuck with just a sidearm.

If you want to talk underpowerd, the m1903 experimental. 5 shot kill at point blank. WTF...

I've started playing with the Russian Sniper yesterday and I got a service star already and lots of headshots. I am playing TD a lot, I know that if you play Rush, Conquest or Domination you get way more points. I hated conquest on BF4 I killed my KD with that gamemode when BF4 was released and I had to try and improve it playing mostly TD but it was really difficult.

You do need to also consider that those stats aren't 100% accurate. There is no tracking for operations, and I know I've played at least 3 rounds of it.

I play a lot of BF with my friends since Bad Company 2 and lately we're getting in a really crazy competitive mode , we mostly play TD but I can see and understand why conquest is the best mode but at this point apparently for us is all about the KD.
P.S One of my best friends that is also on this forum z1tu is really good at BF we play a lot and we chat over Skype and it's really fun, it is funnier when the competitive mode kicks in and we start arguing )

The more the merrier. the TPU TS is open to all.

We've all been playing together since like 2142, BC2 for sure for all of us, and there are more than the 5 posted above that you'll find regularly on the TS evenings here in NA and on weekends. We've mostly learned each others play styles because of that, and so we can work together really well.

The chatter is pretty hilarious.

What are you peeps getting for in game RAM usage? After three maps I almost hit 10GB of RAM usage. I also get heavy dips of 20fps from 100fps once the game starts eating system RAM.

Some minor annoyances again after three or four terrible games....

-Automatico needs a nerf.
-MP-18 is underpowered and does almost no damage beyond 5m.
-Not allowing you to quit the game at the end of a round if you cant be arsed to see the results. Im aware that the 'continue' button sometimes turns into a 'quit' button but why the hell would you click quit if you wanted to continue?? It just makes no sense.... If i miss the timed window where i can click the quit button after a game, im forced to wait until the new map has loaded or a new round starts before i can quit the game -- thats retarded....
- The whole spawn system annoys me, why should you hold down space to spawn quicker??? Sometimes I hold it down and the bar goes right to the end and im still stuck on the spawn screen because theres nowhere for me to spawn??? the who 'press space' to spawn annoys me, It feels overcomplicated. Why not just simply let me spawn and if i dont click on anything, spawn me where the nearest squad mate is?

So many people using it without even really needing to look down the sites, its kinda boring to use since it essentially annihilates anything you point at in a second (Granted it does empty the magazine every time you do.)

On the upbeat, I unlocked a gun and decided to try it as I had heard it was a bit weird but fun to use and made a kit around it that I have LOADs of fun with! Here are the two most important parts of the kit:
M1903 Experimental
K Bullets

Gun does feel a bit weak but with almost no recoil and being able to tap fire it at an extreme rate I knock people down in CQB pretty easily. Then when I need range I just disassemble the gun and load K bullets into it turning it into a full fledged Sniper with normal statistics for the gun. It is so much fun and confuses so many when I shoot them with a K bullet using the M1903 Experimental and 1 shot them. I do hope they slightly buff the M1903's standard fire rate as I believe its a tiny bit to low but I still love using this kit. Have a little laugh every time I switch firing modes watching the character take the bolt and magazine out then replace it with a new bolt and a normal shot.

If you compare it to the MP-18 though.... MP-18 has a slower rate of fire and the recoil is pretty silly. even when you aim down sight and burst fire the recoil & the accuracy is just so bad. Automatico is pretty much run and gun. I cant do that with any other weapon though with that said, I havent unlocked every weapon yet.... It just takes forever to unlock stuff currently. Its hard to medic and LMGs on the support are bad at the lower tiers.

I just finished up with the last model of the automatico. It sits exactly where it should. At close range it should only ever lose to a shotgun. That's it's job. Nerf it and it's useless.
As I said before, the 1903 experimental is garbage. It's fun, but it loses at every range, even the weak, fast firing pistols do more damage.
Up its damage from 23 to 26 and extend its damage droppoff a bit and it would be good.
Mp18 is not hard to control? Plus you can get by with a lot less reloading.

THE difference between Haru and I is that he analyzes the weapons and such and finds the best tool for the job at hand.

I tend to use default guns and then throw my corpses at the enemy to overwhelm them.

Unfortunately I also have an obsession with using every weapon. No more automatico, gotta service star everything else first.

Last game I completed was bc2. Bf4 just had too many weapons.

I agree SMG's are meant to be used that way partly, I just think however the Automatico is a bit to good at it, you will notice besides the MP18 (Because its a starter) the Automatico is very widely used and the others (Besides the lvl 10) are not seen nearly as much.

Yea, since the MP18 and it are basically the only sub-machine guns until lvl10 in that kit it makes it easier to just use the Automatico since it beats it at the ranges your most likely to use it at.

As for the LMG's, yea for the most part they do seem a bit weak in some cases but I feel some are pretty good like the BAR for run and gun play style and the MG15 for suppressive fire. I feel we will see some changes to that kit and the guns.

You can do well with the 1903e, but statistically it looses to everything else in ttk. I was personally better running with a bolt action version even up close or run and gun.
