Gotta say MSI always seem to be making strides year over year. These boards look really, really good aesthetically, (except for the Krait perhaps).

How come there are so many Z370 boards? While in comparison to x399(joke) and x370 moderate. Is it that AMD really didn,t give the manufacturers that little time ?(talking in combination of all manufacturers)

Market share and margins will be higher on the Intel side. You also see this with GPUs - its the branding that sells, and adds value.

I dunno, I'd almost be ashamed to have them in my home. They are to motherboards what gaming laptops are to laptops. I like black, but the detailing on them is definitely not for me.

Maybe because they had 3 rounds to get it right :)

Z170 - initial new platform
Z270 - rehash of Z170 but add Optane support etc..
Z370 - rehash of Z270 but rewire a few pins for 6+ core CPU's etc...

the platforms are just tweaks of the previous, so most of the ground work has already been done 2 gen's ago.

Didn't forget. Just giving another user food for thought when they asked why manf's were so quick in getting z370 to market.

It's funny when atheists use a board that claims godlike gaming.

Yea... but much less blasphemous than when an orthadox uses one.

Yeah, I'm waiting on the M7. They got the M5 at $200 bucks then it jumps to $500 bucks for the Godlike with nothing in between. I could go with the Asus Hero again but MSI seems to be better built and do so like the gaudy lights.

Imagine one that was branded 'Atheist Gaming'.

I can't imagine what kind of gimmick the motherboard would have but I wouldn't believe one word in the owner's manual. :)

Ehh welcome to the semicon industry? :D

In the end, everything is still based on ground work of decades ago, its one very simple principle expanded to what it is now, like... basically every invention and innovation.
