Ohhh, it would have been so nice had it not had those low profile keys. For keyboards not attached to laptops I really prefer the "chunky" style keys. And the price should probably have been a few dozen insert_currency less, but all in all I kinda like it.

Basically, but that $150 includes the software driver and program profiles as well.

Eh, I've become accustomed to most kinds of keyboards now. I actually liked these a lot to type on, and prefer them over nearly every other membrane/hybrid mem-chanical/standard chiclet switch keyboards. The lower travel distance is not as big a con as the lack of real support to the finger tips, so the larger, concave keycaps here mitigated it for me personally.

Aye, there are some nice ones (my HP 2510p has a glorious keyboard) but so far, as for traditional keyboards, I've prefered the chunky membrame type. I'd love to give this is a spin tho; mechanlical keyboards have yet to impress me.

Yeah, in a rather unexpected twist (I don't follow Logitech's software too closely), they actually offer their software for Mac as well. But keeping to tradition, Linux still gets no love.

That was the only place to put in the battery, PCB and the dial so they made it such that it also adds in an elevation to the keyboard. This section would have looked different from the flatter keyboard section regardless. Or were you referring to the different materials and colors used?

Still, the whole thing could have used some housing to make it look not glued together.

Fair enough, I can understand that. In person, it does not look glued together but basically the same thing- there are multiple interlocking tabs that hold the two sections together.

Ah so they still make them (or made), my old G9x had same. Very nice thing. Quite miss it on other mice.

a dial that's fitsy is a hell of a lot more work than my macros and such on my G700s mouse, PASS!

i refer to design actually, the color and material looks ok for me, just the shape where it looks like two parts that not match each other and logitech glue them into one

I like Logitech. I like their gaming keyboards G110 and G510 my previous keyboard, my mouse G700.
Now I will again to buy Logitech mouse MX Master I saw on discounts. I like their design, style and phylosophy.
And G610, G413, G613 and Logitech Pro... Only I would like to use Cherry MX not some Romer-G switches.

But from Logitech is better in mouse section.
I really have confidence in their mice.

They do and have since the G500 at least. My current G502 has it too
