With Enermax we heard mostly about PSUs, air fans, air coollers and cases. But Enermax started also with AIO coolers segment which is huge popular in last two years. Few months ago arrived my Threadripper 1950X. Of course, I have old AMD FX AIO cooler and thats mean I can use reduction from Asetek. But I would like something more stronger and not custom watercooling. So my my gaze was focused at Enermax Liqtech 360 TR4
In theory, Liqtech 360 for TR4 is bigger brother of Enermax. If you do not want pay so much, there is alternative as Enermax Liqtech 240.What I like at Enermax Liqtech TR4 cooling system is the size of IHS coverage. This can really help a little in overclocking. Threadripper is sensitive at temps (and at VRM temps also ).
-big, big CPU
PA ruber tubes are solid for longer lifetime and effectivity of cooling system.

Design of pump and theory
1. full cover of CPU IHS
2. long tubes with PA material
3. dents in CPU block and a powerful pump
4. possibility cool down up to 500+W at CPU
The packaging is really big. At both sides are basic informations about keypoints and about size of radiator, tubes, pump etc.
And there is what we can find inside the box
3x 120mm fans, PWM
installation screws
thermal paste Enermax
cables and added molex reduction
paper manual
AIO cooler
Installation manual is simply and easy to understanding
More photos of accessories:
Three fans are driving by PWM and have solid range of rpm. From 500 to 2300rpm. On the corners are noise pads.
The pump has shining logo "enermax" and copper back side of contact area CPU IHS
The AIO pump cable is 30cm long, not bad...But it is 3-pin
Quality of radiator is solid - without splintering, clean
And now, how to install the cooling on motherboard? It is easy. Try my video bellow with english subtitles.

And there is finish look
Tests results
I tested at ROG Zenith Extreme motherboard, CPU Ryzen Threadripper 1950X nad 4x 8GB HyperX Predator DDR4 memory. Those sticks are almost 3 years old, so I was limited with memory frequency. PSU is old and good Corsair AX1200. As OS I used Windows 10 home edition 64-bit (no creators update)
Now the temperatures and noise level at stock (the ambient temp was around the 22C). For monitoring of Ryzens is the best HWINFO and Ryzen Master software. But also Coretemp with last update showing something as Tdie temps .
After I tested max "stable" OC with auto control of rpm. The noise level was still very low and comfortable. The hotest temp was still under 90 C. CPU at 4050 MHz
-the noice level is OK, the top is my fail with FB message
After this I tried push the everything to maximum, so max RPM of ventilators, active coooling on top and more voltage to the CPU for fun.
Performance is great, but the noise level 60dB is nothing good to heart it all day in room But for overlcockig session it is still fine. I have louder ventilators in laboratory (3000-5000 rpm).
Today, I got a little higher clocks and did ym personal record in Cinebench R15, with better RAM could be +50 points better (3600 MHz cl14)
Afterall, the Enermax Liqtech 360 TR4 is maybe the best AIO solution for Threadripper. Only one idea for future, there could be possibility forliquid pouring.
