Use some translate tool if you're not fluent in Russian and then find the SanDisk Ultra II in that list.

But no - I don't know how many times they've changed the hardware nor how to determine what kind of hardware it contains short of opening the drive to check.

Fair enough. What does such binning do to longevity of the "binned TLC->MLC" NAND as opposed to actual manufactured MLC? Is there a difference in the wear-leveling?

I don't know, I haven't seen the specific data comparing the endurance of different levels of TLC and MLC from the same wafer.
