DEEPCOOL, the company that specialises in water-cooled and illuminated cases for the PC enthusiast has just introduced QUADSTELLAR SMART CASE -the world's first smart PC case has revolutionized conventions by allowing users to customize RGB lighting and heat dissipation systems through an APP. QUADSTELLAR provides a stylish, high-tech housing for the E-ATX mainboard, multiple graphics cards, power supply and cooling components in four independent compartments to eliminate inter-compartment heat dissipation interference to achieve maximum cooling efficiency.

Developed for power rig builders, QUADSTELLAR also comes with an APP for dynamic management of lighting, heat dissipation and active thermal control components.
  • Customizable RGB Lighting System to create a gamers' exclusive gaming atmosphere
  • Adjustable fan speed to achieve an optimal balance between speed and noise
  • Intelligent temperature control, featuring higher accommodation and cooling performance.

Precision engineered, the QUADSTELLAR was designed using heat dissipation simulation, physical prototype testing, and IR spectrograms to optimize heat dissipation and ventilation. Reserved areas are assigned for installing high-end separable water-cooling accessories giving users great flexibility in assembling rigs to meet a wide range of performance.

QUADSTELLAR's stylish design is based on a chassis frame crafted using precision engineered cast aluminium technology. This ensures the case has the required rigidity and overall quality while keeping the weight down.

In addition to supporting an E-ATX mainboard, the QUADSTELLAR has an Independent graphic card compartment that supports up to three graphics cards in SLI or CrossFire configurations. Another compartment is fitted with eight 3.5-inch and two 2.5-inch drive bays (with additional 3 x 2.5-inch bays in the case) and provides a huge capacity for storage of games or data. The power supply is housed in its own separate zone.

DEEPCOOL is a company that has built its reputation on the vision of providing the finest PC DIY solutions for worldwide customers by constantly seeking innovative breakthroughs. QUADSTELLAR is the latest of its revolutionary designs.

This beast of a thing is growing me. Refer to picture of the removable 3.5" drive trays, I count 9. Article and website says 8. Perhaps one of them is a dual 2.5" tray? Normally I would moan about a lack of 5.25" drive bay, but based on the measurements, there is enough room in the cavity underneath for two external drive enclosures. Which would actually look kinda cool. Thinking I might have found my new case for a project..

Awesome case for sure and probably overpriced too...
My old steel case though, still accommodates for 6+2 3.5 bays and 4 5.25 bays...
Cases are removing those 5.25 bays these days, where will ppl install their BD players and other things?

Right? Exactly my complaint about some cases.. Not this one though. In this case(pun intended), there is an angle problem. With there being room in the cavity under the case to fit external enclosures, running an ESATA cable underneath is not a problem.

I so want this even though half the case would be empty. And I so am not going to pay 400 for a case.

Its like that car you'll never be able to afford and deep down you know its wasted money anyway.

Silver would look excellent! White would also be good!

I just realized it even has some tempered glass panels and room for 9 fans! Damn, I think I'd skip on the lighting with exception of a very subtle glow coming out the bottom.

The amount of drive bays is magnificent.

I just read that, holy smokes can you fit some stuff in there haha.

Super unique that it makes me want it so much more. I'm so used to having these rectangles.

External drives, if you're handy though you can just a slot for one somewhere.

I'm sure you've wasted money on other things, $400 isn't crazy considering the cool factor and how different it is from the others. This thing is over 30lbs and is basically twice the case of your run of the mill options.

Came across this case on another site so read more on it, had to come back here and post :D
