Silverstone took to CES 2018 to showcase what they feel is their strongest case offerings for the current market. In the Silverstone booth, the company showed off their Redline RL07, Primera PM02, Lucid LD01 (MicroATX) and Lucid LD02 cases, which look to cater to all tastes - and sizes.

The Redline is an ATX form-factor case with an interesting, asymmetric front look, with interesting LED inserts in the top and bottom declinations, which bring about an interesting lighting effect. The black case shines red LEDs; the white case shines blue LEDs. Simple enough. The Primera, on the other hand, are Silverstone's "trend-setting" cases, with a bold, micro-perforated look on the front of the chassis, with a Silverstone branding LED projecting the company's name towards your desk (or floor, should you commit that particular crime). Both the Redline and Primera chassis feature a steel body design, with a tempered glass side panel.

Moving on to Silverstone's MicroATX offerings, the company's Lucid LD01 and Lucid LD02 cases bring about a smaller footprint and form-factor, for space-conscious users or someone who wants a bigger challenge in keeping their components tidy. Three sides (front, left and right) are made of tempered glass, with the rest of the body being made out of steel. These carry a massive dust filter on the top of the cases. The LD01 is an all-black affair, while the LD02 makes things more interesting with an almost fully white interior, which should allow users to achieve good-looking, contrast-based builds.

......itx? Came looking for itx...

I was hoping for an updated NAS case...

Ummy I really like.... Silverstone cases have always been nice looking

5 slots for an MATX case... I'm done.
Dual slot card in bottom slot - kind of like how itx chassis often have two or even three slots ;)

I just want an updated Fortress 02.... and maybe a slightly redesigned DS380

Silverstone, how about a new TJ series?

So much front panels with no 5.25 bays. I am living in the past perhaps, because I can't go without at least two 5,25 bays. I use pro-card reader 5.25', fan controller, empty drawer etc. etc. More and more cases skip 5,25 altogether. Are people using all of these on USB now? I don't know.

LD01 is beautiful!!!

To answer your question, yes, USB for card readers and optical drives, motherboard headers and BIOS or Aquaero or SATA powered PWM controllers for fans.

Hell Ya! To both of these. Silverstone is letting us down with these "Me Too" cases.
I still have the original Raven RV01 lying around, that was something special back in the day, nowadays I feel like I have no reason to buy their cases.
I can buy these types of cases shown here, from brands like Jonsbo, and they might cost only 2/3 as much.
