I think most people would be suprised how many people do contribute to helping other people. There are people all over the world living off of the "system" which means there are people all over the world helping people.

Its easier to get away with crime down south (below the US border).. and yes cocaine makes lots of money for South American/Central American drug lords,they are thier even if you dont know them.
Happens everywhere though even troughout Canada/USA but they gotta play it way more lowkey here... I seen a past friend of mine the other day he sells coke all over Canada nowadays (he didnt tell me this, but someone I know out west did).. started out as a weed dealer like 10 years ago and hasent been caught once yet.. though he hardly handles the stuff himself.

But back on topic, This is speculation and it might be true illegal $$ or not but as its been pointed out Bill does donate alot of Money to Charity, he just stays above #2 and donates the rest of his money to charity it seems.. he could be way ahead of the second richest person on earth.
