The small screws job is to hold the gpu in a better way from the back ( from the case back panel side ) , u can use the GPU a little bit without installing them , but i strongly recommend not to keep the GPU without them for a long time .
( u won't be happy if u broke the GPU)

more like a 500 series or less flashed to 750 it

[example]
https://wccftech.com/fake-nvidia-graphic-cards-flood-world-markets/

This card is a fake, using GTS 450 GPU (GF106).
The BIOS of the card is modified to report the GTX 1060 device ID.

I guess its now so common that TPU may as well start listing them . [??] it does make it a bit easier to maybe detect a suspect card with posted info as that

they should have a dedicated FAKE list in the drop down box asus - evga - msi - FAKES ....

like from here as well a gm107 -400 is for a 750 ti

https://videocardz.net/gpu/nvidia-gm107/

as said seems to be good [at least the correct chip in it [+1]

This is my 750 TI from ali express.

I would of thought gpu-z would give that better like here it just shows gm107 when it could show like gm107-400 [gtx 750ti] or gm107-300 [gtx 750] , ect.......... just showing gm107 covers a few card lines and could be reflashed to a fake the clock could be just between a ref or factory oc cards going by that

I don't know at least this guy [OP] seems to of got a solid 750ti chip in his .sad you got to take your new card apart to look to be 100% sure and hope it goes back together in good shape

enjoy

Yes it's real , If it's new it should last - +5 years , it depends on the condition you will keep it in , if you keep it in low temps , not overclocking it ( with overvoltiging) , keeping it clean of dust , don't be surprised if it kept working for 10 years .

well the chip you show is a 107-''400'' used in 750 ti's like a 107=''300'' is used for a 750 . from the info like above and NVidia . then the PCB being a NVidia branded and logo helps to point to NVidia made / manufactured board not blank or china writing to leave you more to wonder

look at this fake above the cards golden fingers/ pci-e slot blade

how long will it work ? who knows maybe run 24/7 for several years or fail in a day ? heck that's about all you can look at /expect even with a name brand like MSI or evga , heck I got name brand cards like my last sapphire amd card was junk right out of the box first boot or then I got a old gt6600agp that's like 15 + years old work as good today as it did new '

as far as any electronics it works as you expect and lasts or it don't . name brand or not maybe with a name brand you get good solid support like a rma / warrantee and solid driver / software support pages .

you just seem to have a real 750 ti chip in that so ??? just stick it in and run it . it will do you good or it don't . we face that with about any of this stuff anyway .

this is a good opportunity too look up whats a fake card and go research how to determine that and learn how

My former GPU (gigabyte 210 1gb ) is running strong since 2011-12 something like that , overclocked it before getting the 750 TI .

it comes down to a authorized vender dealer and stick with a known name brand , that helps limit your chance s but still no 100% guarantees . just a lot more piece of mind in the buy

[for fun]
''and reveal that it’s actually a GK106-220 GPU. If that’s an unfamiliar name to anyone who’s only been paying attention since Pascal (GP), it’s because “K” is Kepler, the successor to Fermi and predecessor to Maxwell, which preceded Pascal. The GK106 GPU was last found in the GTX 650 Ti, and was launched in October of 2012. The GPU in our “GTX 1050 1GB” card is actually six years old, despite being branded as Pascal''

'' it’s pretty simple: A quick BIOS flash allows a name change when detecting the card in GPU-Z. The card, although it is a GTX 650 Ti, is still shown as a “GTX 1050” in GPU-Z and other detection tools.''

https://www.gamersnexus.net/hwreviews/3337-ebay-scam-gtx-1050-1gb-gpu-benchmarked

also notice the pci e blade abovr the golden fingers is blank non brand / trademarked [NVidia . evga , MSI , ect...] ?
