bought 10 of them through SCD a while back, they only release a couple up front, but with use of the 24/7 support feature, they give me valid keys on demand as I need them. No issues so far at all.

They actually do not have to send it to you asap. In some cases, I hear of people waiting 24hrs. I believe that is the allotted time. I had received cd keys nearly instant.

That's a stark difference from contacting customer support when you need a key that you already paid for...

They gave me three up front, and I messaged them to ask. What I was told is that the keys can "expire", which sounded odd to me. Even so, I still have yet to have an issue. Had I wanted all 10 keys they would have given them to me, but I did not need them, so I played their game and I can't complain about the process. As for key arrival time, it was like 5 minutes for the first three, then on demand as I need them since then. By on demand, I mean I request a key, the guy says done, I refresh the page, and there it is.

I even purchased Skyrim Special Edition from there for Steam for like $24 CAD, which was going for $55 CAD on steam. Works perfect!

If you want to buy windows license do this by purchasing directly from microsoft or in form of a box (oem or box, doesn't matter). This will make you sure you have legitimate license, threat all other sources, especially just keys without anything else, as illegal. On marketplaces (ebay, aliexpress, allegro, etc.) it is common practice to sell windows keys cheap, some sellers are so dishonest they sell one key to multiple customers (even hundreds) and tell them to activate they key by phone activation but by phone activation you can activate any key, even infamous FCKGW-.... .

If for some reason you purchased a key on marketplace and you are unable to activate it via internet then you were not just scammed but also seller is selling single key to multiple customers which is illegal and such seller should be reported to marketplace and police instantly.

So far i have bought 3 Keys on Ebay ( delivered in less than 5 minutes ) if i am not mistaken for 6€/7€, that said Ebay is my best friend if you or someone else is ready to pay full price then go ahead but for sure i wont.

Spelling corrected for you. Microsoft has hundreds of license distribution partners worldwide who sell copies of Windows, legitimately, in many ways to meet the needs of the public. And the idea of requiring a piece of hardware to make the purchase of an OEM copy is a myth propagated by a bad interpretation of Ebay's legal team and is not actually required by Microsoft at all.

We are not talking about Ebay, Aliexpress or the like. We are talking about online software distribution partners who are authorized to sell the keys they have on offer. If they were not legitimate, the publishers would shut them down in a heartbeat and ban the keys in question. That hasn't happened.

That is patently false! The "FCKGW" WinXP Pro key was a volume license key and does not require activation as it invokes the in-built self-activation routines. That aside, Microsoft has blacklisted the key so anytime a copy of Windows XP using that key reaches out to Microsoft's servers, the OS is instructed to deactivate.

Local "police" have no jurisdiction over such matters.
