Did I ever tell you what the definition of insanity is? Insanity is doing the exact… same fucking thing… over and over again, expecting… shit to change.

Trusting EA over and over again is Insanity they already killed C&C once dont give them any chance to defile the corpse of C&C again
Sell the license to Petroglyph or hire them to work on any new C&C game EA should have no part in it

Not on this one. On this project, I hope they get it right, make them all look and play great, loose the lame-duck DRM and put them all on GOG... One can dream..

Electronic Arts producer Jim Vessella has been answering questions on Reddit regarding the Command & Conquer remasters they recently teased. There's not a lot of information in the thread, but then this is a project that's probably a couple of years away and still in the planning stages. However, in response to one question Vessella confirmed that "We will not be adding any microtransactions to a C&C Remaster."

EA has officially announced that the remasters of the original C&C and Red Alert along with all of the expansions will be released on June 5 on both Steam and Origin:
