Motherboard don't show video

Hi everyone, how are you?
I was playing dark souls 3 when my pc crashed completely and I had to turn off the power button, then soon after when I went on again I did not want to give video, I tried resetting bios countless times, changing individual memory modules, checking hd connections, removing vga and tried to use only MB video onboard, tried another monitor, source is ok this is ok, so I tried to look for a defect in the motherboard and I found a bad chip but I can not identify its function or what it really is

my settings are;

biostar n68s3 +
athlon 620 x4 2.60ghz (while waiting to exchange for intel i5 8600k)
gtx 1070 pny
psu ax 860
2x 2GB kingston ddr3
hd 1tb western digital

Do an over night CMOS clear then try it.

From looking at U9 ic package, I don't think a CMOS Reset/Clear is going to do the trick. It looks blown. Looks like it, probably, has sonething to do with the on board video.
You will, probably, need to replace that part.

You might want to try a video card and see if it will still post, if you got an old one laying around... then, maybe, figure out why it blew.

I left for several hours without the motherboard battery and also tested with another vga that is working perfectly but continued without result, I bought another same motherboar but it takes a few days to arrive and be able to test and use until I can acquire new generation i5.

Sounds like the MB has gone south. Bummer.
Well hopefully the new one will give you long life and service.
