Well this here is something that we don't see every day (read, never): an RTX 2080 Ti graphics card for $999. NVIDIA did announce pricing starting at that value for this particular graphics card, but pricing, as always with NVIDIA's Founder Editions, has always creeped towards the company's self-set $1,199. EVGA, however, has just put up a product page for their GeForce RTX 2080 Ti BLACK EDITION GAMING, a dual-fan solution (much like NVIDIA's own Founders Edition) with EVGA's iCX 2 cooling expertise that's being marketed at the unicorn-like $999 price-point, with a limit of 1 per household.

EVGA says this particular graphics card features the first-ever Hydro Dynamic Bearing (HDB) on its fan design, for lower noise and greater lifespan of the rotating parts of your graphics card. This graphics card also comes with interchangeable trim pieces for multiple colors to be applied at will.

Are you kidding me only 1x HMDI, 2xDP on 1.000$ GPU? Even my GTX 1050TI has 2X HDMI and 3x DP ports.

Maybe I'm not seein it, but the pictures seem to show a black-ish looking card with some silvery accents and bracket....

Therefore, this is NOT, IMHO, a "black" card at all......the only real black part I see is the backplate....

One slot design thank you! In addition, it is also buy EVGA liquide block and the matter becomes spatial , very interesting! But when the price of the RTX 2080ti is now set by nGreeda (nVidia) and exceeds its value at least 35%. Yes, there is not much to do here if there is no competition. The offer with a liquid cooling block would be more attractive, of course for $ 1000 .
Let's not forget that they sell us an incomplete processor!
Until the second year they will be unlock this part. I do not expect too much,
How well do TITAN Volta Gup buyers feel ? Probably raped !
Sometimes I really do not look good in picture . It's 2 slots!additional DPI input. The non-exit DPI output disables the size of the cooling surface and steals the slot. with one 40-inch 4K monitor there is no room for another monitor, and with 5 monitors it would need 2 more rooms.

As soon as I saw that extremely niche USB port for the VR fad get announced, I knew my poor Dell 30" with Dual-DVI would be the one that suffered.

And so it happened.

It's a 2-slot card. There is a third DisplayPort above the USB-C

* 2 slot design.
* Some google-translate mumbo jumbo no one gets. http://lmgtfy.com/?q=learning+basic+english
* Exceeds... what value?
* This GPU does not need liquid cooling, it does fine under air
* Most chips used by consumers today are a part of a larger uarch design. Get over it
* No one feels raped, TITAN buyers know exactly what they are getting into, they had 4 years to learn

And so it happened.

Mine (U3011) has DP input, so it'll keep around for a while more (though I have been looking into 8K). Ultimately, old ports must die, annoying as it may be.

PS: you can get mostly fine DP to DL-DVI adapters ;)

I'd expect 6 mini-DP ports with dongles for such high price, like AMDs eyefinity 6 used to offer for half the price.

My bad… 3x DP, USB C, 1x HDMI Not much of a difference when considering 4 display setup.
Is this some sort of a joke? How much more do you need? You can daisy-chain 12xFHD monitors on those 3xDPs alone.

You need to have monitors that support daisy-chaining. I have 2x HP Z24i, 2x HP ZR24W, 2x HP LP2475w and 1xDELL G2410 none of them supports it. So the only way to get them working is to connect three displays to iGP and 4 to GPU as Ndivia gaming GPUs support up to 4 displays no more (AMD supports 5). DELL G2410 doesn't have active DP, that complicates things. I'm not willing to buy new monitors just because manufacturers don't offer at least five ports like they used to. The only viable option from NVidia is shitty performing NVS 810 card which offers 8 mini DPs and 8 signals.

Go away, this isn't the "Black Gamer" Edition. Trying to stir the pot and failing at it. White Edition would be just as okay. White Gamer Edition deserves a facepalm and you know it

This is not an editorial, it is a news piece. Let's not have any trolling, flaming, baiting, retaliatory comments, and insulting others.
Keep it on topic.

There is two $700 rtx 2080 there too... Wonder when they come to European shop.
Both the 2080 and 2080 Ti, are on auto-notify, which makes me believe this is just another marketing scam to pull some attention for those cards...

Also, by reading several articles on the Internets, it looks like the new series from nGreedia has so far the lowest ordering and buying in the history of this company. Also the cancelation of pre-orders are going above 50%. Looks like people are not so suckers and stupid anymore...
