Costing a mere $25, the Onikuma K5 isn't a gaming headset you'd dare expect a lot from. Surprisingly enough, it manages to beat some competitors two or three times its price in some aspects, which means you get a lot of bang for your buck!

I have one of these and have used it for a couple months. I am very satisfied with it. I was surprised by the sound which has 50 mm drivers and the mic which all my guildies said it sounded a lot better than my Logitech set. Still havent done the eval for the free mouse though.

That's because other companies would charge $75 or more for the same quality and get away with it because brand recognition.

If my Plantronics 380 ever give up (which I doubt considering how long I use them already) I'll be looking at this. Even though I hate the aesthetics I can't deny the value.

I fully agree. When they heard me talking, my teammates thought I switched back to one of my go-to headsets (Sennheiser GSP 500 or Philips Fidelio X2 headphones with the V-Moda BoomPro mic). At this price point, that's simply amazing.

Oh, just in case you guys missed the final paragraph of my conclusion, Onikuma created a TPU-exclusive coupon code for this headset. With it, you can get it for 40% off, which should bring its price down to $13.79. Just go to this Amazon link and add the coupon code QMK26MUI VWN7PI7N at checkout. The coupon code is valid until 24th November 2018, so for three more days.

The promo code gave me .92 off, not 40%.

Asked them for an explanation, I'll get back to you as soon as I get an answer. Thanks for letting me know!

Here's a new -40% code, there was indeed something wrong with the last one. This one should work properly: VWN7PI7N

The new code worked, thank you. You get $9.20 off for total of 13.79. it seems the old promo code was generated with the wrong decimal place. One thing to note. There is a newer version of the headphones, according to Amazon for $30 but the code doesn't work with it. I'm not sure what difference there I'd between versions...probably new boxes. Thanks for the code and Happy holidays!

You can pivot it upwards to hide it away from sight, you can check out the photos in my review to see it in action :)

Ordered a couple of these for the kids back for Xmas 2018. One set is completely dead (no sound at all), and the other is hit or miss on the left ear. It goes in and out. Both always had issues of the mic not responding if say the PC or Nintendo Switch was idle for a while. Had to unplug and plug it back in.

When they worked, they worked great. Not durable enough for 9 and 7 year old Fortnite maniacs though apparently. Came across this review while shopping for an upgrade.
