The preferred way to run WCG and F@H together is to run F@H on the GPU and WCG on the CPU. You'll get the most out of both the CPU and GPU that way. Therefore, pause the CPU slot, then delete it under configure - slots. And you need to set aside 1-2 CPU threads for F@H.
And yes, a GTX 1080 Ti will suck some juice. Remember that F@H uses a QRB (quick return bonus) so pausing and finishing a WU will greatly affect the points awarded.
