you're fooling me??
i may be helpless, but not foolish...

the PSU i got, cost 50€

next step is to do this:

Bad, this is amazing card.
Still useful in all games on 1080p resolution.
I sold GTX780Ti K|NGP|N before 6 months, that's same full chip as TITAN Black, not crippled craps as companies sell today for 1200-1800$.
Mine GK110 was highly overclocked, far faster than TITAN Black but it was faster than GTX1060.
We talk about very useful chip and today, enough video memory, etc...

I would open, clean, test all capacitors and smd capacitors, controllers, regulators with multimetar, remove paste, remove pads, heat chip with heat gun if need, install in PC and again until she start to work.
Than I would install last driver for Kepler generation before Maxwell show up and never uninstall him or change him.

In that period NVIDIA is forced to give same number of CUDA cores as for professional cards only to pull 999$.
Today people could buy RTX2080, 170W GPU for that price. Whole level below. How people allow them that, I don't complain on NVIDIA any more, customers are culprits.
They could drop price on 500$ for 3 years if decide to behave rational and lucid.

well, the card seems to be like Schrödingers cat... neither completely dead nor fully alive...
Bad analogy. The cat is actually fully alive and completely dead. Existing in both states simultaneously. Not neither, not nor. Until you open the box that is...

If GPU Chip is Warm after install in PCI-E slot there is a more chance that electrician will fix.
650W-50A+ is recommended for that GPU. But quality parts. You can't install him on PSU for GTX970 card. 400-450W.
I'm not sure but I think that's only NVIDIA Titan sell to customers with same number of CUDA cores used for Professional line.
GTX780Ti-TITAN Black Kepler give more than 60% improvement compare to previous Kepler line GTX680.
Maxwell arrive with more than 70% improvement. Pascal similar and price was slightly bigger. Turing 35% - 350$ higher price.

RTX2080Ti Turing for same price sell 15-20% stronger card then TITAN Xp Pascal. Sorry he was full chip as well not only Titan Black.
Only TITAN Xp is architecture 2 years older than RTX2080Ti Turing. How they success to do such thing, Hahahaa.... it's weird.
I would shame to do such things, but I would made mistake, because they success to drain more money from people then any normal person could imagine.

I didn't want to pay shipping cost same price as old GPU waterblock for GTX780Ti K|NGP|N... block was available for 30-40$ but shipping price was high for my region. I would still play on GTX780Ti, not newest games, I would save them for new GPU but 5 years old GPU faster than GTX1060.
13.600 Graphics Points in Firestrike 1080p. I would like to see to someone beat that with Kepler out of box without OC. Maybe but I didn't met, no one.
When I run first benchmark I thought something is wrong, it's not possible to perform so faster then reference 780Ti.
Best models of custom GPU are when manufacturer select chips who OC better and give them opportunity to reach high fabric clock and from some reason on same frequency give 10% better results than majority of same GPU on that frequency. That combination is killer.

If you revive him this is your Goal, with same chip as your, famous GK110 only 3GB less memory.

12.161 - 13.710. That's fabric-gaming performance, without overclocking only for benchmarks.
1500-2000 points faster than GTX1060.

Last time I Run Benchmark in October 2018 just before I switched to GTX1080Ti Poseidon.
I love that GPU. I sold her to guy and he couldn't believe that it's GTX780Ti, he say this is crazy even for GTX980 Founders Edition.

I joke, If that card start to work I strong suggest staying on one driver and not OC and gaming with 80% fan speed.
What happen when you extract driver

I'm not messing with you, this is a real thing, sometimes with gpu's some solder points can degrade due to constant warm up and down cycles, placing the gpu only without the cooler into a pre heated oven 180-200c on a baking tray and held up off the tray using some small rolled up balls of foil bake for 10 mins which should be sufficient to resolder any cracked/degraded solder joints and it can indeed work.

Btw I would never make a joke like this when it comes to an expensive (even if broken) piece of hardware.

My method was using a old intel cpu cooler with the copper slug in the middle.
Cut the slug out of the cooler.
Heat slug in oven 180-200c for 30 mins.
Place slug on gpu with pliers(so no burney fingers)
Leave it till its cool.
Fixed. without baking the whole card

I have used the same method on xbox 360's

High end Intel 775 coolers have a massive copper Slug unlike the later crap coolers
